Receptionist tried to charge a different price than what her listing and the final hostelworld receipt stated. Completely unprofessional behavior overall. Can absolutely warn you about the place!
It was horrible. My bed vibrated to the music of the club next door. Too loud and uncomfortable even with ear plugs or noise canceling head phones. Really wouldn’t recommend it.
Staff were very friendly but unfortunately that's the only good thing to say about the hostel. Club next door plays music until 4am and can clearly hear it through the wall - we changed rooms to get away from it but our next room was very dingy. Bed were hard, blankets were rough. Kitchen was dirty so we didn't cook. No atmosphere or social vibe here.
Llegué al hostel el 9 de febrero en la tarde, normal todo, estaba un poco sucio en general pero se podía aceptar, excepto la cocina, pésima, muy sucia y faltaban muchos implementos, lo más terrible fue que esa misma noche otros “huéspedes”forzaron mi casillero y el de otra chica y nos robaron dinero en efectivo, tarjetas y todos los documentos, fue una mañana horrible tratando de bloquear tarjetas y documentos, la policía no prestó casi ayuda y el hostel tampoco, ni siquiera se hizo ...
There where two prostitues staying there in the 8 beds shared room they were smoking weed and listening to loud videos at 3 am, no staff members to call them out. Shouldn't allow disruptive people like that to stay over. Restrooms were also super dirty
4-Bett Dorm überhaupt nicht wie auf Fotos! Keine Vorhänge und Wolldecken ohne Bezug. Als ich die Türe zum Dorm aufschliessen wollte ist der Schlüssel ohne Kraft gebrochen! Ich musste den Schlüssel bezahlen, obschon ich offensichtlich nichts dafür konnte. Türe konnte dann durch Fenster geöffnet werden, bedeutet das Schloss war nur für das gute Gewissen. Lage laut aber gut. Würde aber nicht nochmals da übernachten.
4-Bett Dorm is not at all like in photos! no curtains and wool ceilings without reference. when i tried to open the door to the dorm the key broke without power! i had to pay for the key, although obviously i could not do anything about it. the door could then be opened through the window, means the lock was only for good conscience. location loud but good. but would not stay there again.
The staff is friendly and helpful. It is not the cleanest hostel and it is very very loud and busy at night. If you're there for a rest, I'd suggest another place.
Fui a quedarme 3 noches en total y fui robada en este hostal, se metieron ladrones y abrieron mi locker y el de otra persona y se nos llevaron todo nuestro dinero y documentos, nadie en el hostal se hizo responsable
Hostel correct. Bien placé dans le quartier de Poblado. Cependant les environs sont très bruyant et on entend toute la musique de dehors dans les chambres.

Chouette hostel pour une courte durée ou pour sortir le week-end à Poblado. Plutôt loin du métro et peu sociable, peu d’espace commun. Propreté impeccable et personnel très amical.

Could be much better. The vibe of the hostel was weird. Definitely not the best for knowing other travelers. The kitchen was very dirty and poorly equipped. The room didn't have a locker, but I slept well. The showers were good.
Good and economic place to stay for a few nights, the hostel is located in the heart of the very dynamic (and noisy!) neighborhood of El Poblado. Great dorms, perfect for partying but otherwise wear earplugs !
Personnel très gentil et aimable ! Si vous voulez dormir, des bouchons d'oreilles sont obligatoires
If you want to sleep, earplugs are mandatory
buena ubicación, hay un poco de ruido por lo bares, pero puedes descansar bien, te brindan una toalla, la habitación era amplia y limpia, todo bien, regresaría

The staff is friendly and helpful. It is not the cleanest hostel and it is very very loud and busy at night. If you're there for a rest, I'd suggest another place.
We stayed here because other hostels were full for the weekend… it’s a particular type of stay here. If you’re a backpacker, find another spot. Can’t beat the location for the weekend tho, just stay out til at least 4 so the club next door doesn’t keep ya awake! Staff really sweet and friendly.
