- Очень шумно, холодно и сыро.
+ O HOSTEL ESTÁ COM SURTO DE PERCEVEJOS DE CAMA (BED BUG), HÁ PELO MENOS 6 MESES. O Hostel é bem localizado e a equipe da recepção é simpática, em especial o Marcelo, que é um amor de pessoa e me mostrou o que havia próximo ao hostel.
- NÃO RECOMENDO... O HOSTEL ESTÁ COM SURTO DE PERCEVEJOS DE CAMA (BED BUG), HÁ PELO MENOS 6 MESES. Após a primeira noite, senti meu corpo coçando, mas por estar em um país diferente, pensei que fosse alguma reação ao tempo, comida, etc. Conversando com alguns hóspedes, me foi relatado que havia um surto de percevejos (bed bug) no hostel e que eu não seria o primeiro caso. Este problema existe há pelo menos seis meses e até agora nada foi feito. Fui à farmácia e de fato foi constatado que as picadas eram dos percevejos. DEIXO AQUI O ALERTA: NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOSTEL, NEM MESMO NOS QUARTOS PRIVATIVOS.
- Bed bugs. Woke up all bitten. Showed them. They agreed to what it was. Moved me to a different room and said they had refund me. They hadn't. No word again.

- Alles. Die Buchung, das Personal, es ist wirklich eine unvergleichliche Unverschämtheit.
- There’re bed bugs there!!! It’s my first time to be bitten by them. Omg, it’s really disgusting and painful. And my leg and chest were bitten too! It destroys my trip totally! They also don’t provide shower gel and shampoo. Only paper towels and hot water. It’s not close to the metro station. I don’t know why the remark is so high. Book it if you don’t mind bed bugs!!! 🙏🙏🙏
- In meinem Zimmer hatte es einen sehr lauten Schnarcher. Ich konnte kein Auge zutun und verliess daher die Unterkunft am Tag darauf, früher als vorgesehen. Hatte ursprünglich für 5 Tage gebucht. Es wurde mir gar nichts zurück erstattet (nicht einmal die Tourist-Taxe). Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist auch (ohne Schnarcher) recht laut, da es direkt neben einer befahrenen Strasse ist.
- Não houve qualquer empatia.
+ La ubicación es muy buena, andando estás a 10 minutos del centro.
- La limpieza y la insonorización de la habitación horrible. Aparecieron muchas hormigas y, aún avisando el primer día, fueron incrementando con el paso de los días. No repetiremos.
+ A única coisa razoavelmente positiva foi o tratamento dos funcionários da recepção, mas nada de extraordinário também. Foram minimamente receptivos e tomei isto como positivo, porque todo o resto foi como estar protagonizando um filme de terror. Uma noite cansativa, brigando para conseguir dormir sem o mínimo de conforto, limpeza e instalações péssimas. Funcionárias de limpeza expulsam os hóspedes do quarto com mais de 1 hora de estadia paga.
- A começar pela localização, o hostel dá uma falsa informação de que fica a 3 min. a pé da estação Bolhão, quando na realidade fica em torno dos 8 a 10 min. de caminhada. Depois, na acomodação, o cacifo para malas tinha o trinco avariado, a limpeza dos banheiros é negligente ao ponto de dar nojo de usar as sanitas, pior que banheiro público de terminal rodoviário. Tive a pior noite de sono da minha vida, a almofada é um bocado de espuma velha dentro duma capa, quase se perde dentro da capa e, claro, não dá conforto algum para conseguires descansar. Aliás, descansar é algo que não me foi possível ali, de todo. O pequeno almoço que está incluído na estadia e o hostel faz uso da expressão "muito bom" para qualificar o pequeno almoço em forma de publicidade. Digo a verdade, é apenas bom, com o extremamente básico, absolutamente nada de especial. Mas se não fores um dos primeiros a descer para a refeição, nem o básico consegues, isto porque a quantidade é insuficiente e não é reposta. Já que não tive o mínimo de conforto para dormir, desci logo no início e fiquei a observar. A água para o banho é extremamente fria e o chuveiro, de péssima qualidade e avariado, joga a pequena quantidade de água toda para a parede, então se precisares tomar um banho a sério, vais precisar disputar espaço com a parede. Por fim, não bastasse tudo isto, o check out é até às 11h, isto em boa verdade quer dizer que o hóspede pode estar no quarto, sem ser incomodado até pelo menos próximo deste horário , certo? Não! Pelo menos não neste hostel. Por volta das 9h50, ainda com pessoas dentro do quarto a vestirem-se, duas mulheres entram pelo quarto, conversando alto entre elas e começam a trocar roupas de cama e "limpar" o espaço, de forma indireta, expulsando os hóspedes que ainda ali estavam. Sempre que viajo fico em hostel e tenho excelentes experiências, inclusive no Porto. Porém, desta vez correu muito mal, pelo que não recomendo este hostel.
The hostel keeps sending me spam emails, that I am unable to unsubscribe from. I have been receiving them daily and I only stayed 1 night 3 weeks ago! I tried contacting them multiple times but haven’t had a response. Please remove me from all your mailing lists ASAP

Great place to stay, staff were exceptional. Clean and comfortable facilities, decent breakfast. Lovely courtyard/bar, communal area w tv & kitchen has fridge/microwave/cooker & utensils. No hesitation recommending to all. Historic centre walkable, close to metro. Private room was cosy w comfortable bed/good shower and window - towels/toilet rolls/toiletries provided. Left luggage, access should be more restricted in case of theft - recent experience in Spain was v traumatic! Good job Spot!
Simplesmente incrível! Confortável, limpo, boa equipe e pequeno almoço saboroso! Gostei muito do serviço de poder deixar as malas antes do check-in e também após o checkout, foi de muita ajuda! Obrigado pessoal!

El hostel está muy bien ubicado, limpio y nuevo. Además todo el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Lo único que pondría a mejorar, es que aunque las duchas son completamente nuevas, a veces no tragan muy bien y tienden a inundarse un poco, y un día vinieron a llamarnos la atención por que "nos estábamos duchando demasiado y se iban a inundar abajo". No se si esto fue literal o figuradamente.
The hostel is very well located, clean and new. plus all the staff is always willing to help you. the only thing I could improve is that although the showers are completely new, sometimes they don't swallow very well and tend to flood a little, and one day they came to draw our attention because "we were showering too much and were going to flood down". not sure if this was literal or figurative.
The rooms are Basic but Ver Clean and there ist a very cozy living room and a terrace to spend time! 24/7 reception is comforting and there ist a social Dinner after which people can Go Out together and connect. I Had a great stay!

Excellent service, everything is very clean and organized.
Super nice hostel in walking distance from many cool sights. The rooms, kitchen, and toilets/showers were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodative. The hallway to the rooms echoes and you can hear when people talk, so earplugs are good to have at night (as usual when staying in a hostel). Would definitely come back here again.
Staff excelente, lugar limpo e organizado!! Único problema é a falta de privacidade na cama pois não tem cortinas. Resto tudo nota máxima.

I would highly recommend this hostel, the staff are super nice and showed me around the hostel fully, they even carried my bag up the stairs for me. the cleanliness is amazing. the bathrooms are pretty nice and feels almost like your not in a hostel. Got free breakfast and they even got me food for my allergies. Pretty good location close to lots of things and really good for its price. however obly down side there is no changing area in the bathroom and it would be nice to have curtains on beds

+ Cercanía, limpieza y amabilidad. Para ser un hostel, el desayuno bien. Pan, café, algo de embutido, zumos y leche. Para algo más, si debías llevarlo tú. Además podías dejar comida en el frigorífico etiquetada con tu nombre para aprovechar o comer en las instalaciones aunque no fuese hora de desayuno.
+ A lot of area to chill outside the rooms
- The kitchen is only open 7:30-24:00, so its quite not comfortable when early flight. Also there were space between second level bed and wall, so my phone almost fell down while I was asleep. A small shelf for personal items missed🙂
+ It felt very cozy and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable too.
+ La ubicación, camas cómodas, habitaciones espaciosas, buenos baños, desayuno gratuito y personal muy amable.
- El baño de hombres (del 3er piso al menos) tiene una luz que se activa con sensor. Preferiría que tuviese un interruptor dentro para no tener que estar moviendo el brazo cada cierto tiempo para evitar que se apague.
