We reserved a private room with 2 beds for 650. When we arrived the lady working said that we reserved a private room with one queen. I showed her the screen shot of my reservation that clearly said 2 beds but she said NO that if we wanted the 2 beds it would be 100 more and on top of that there was 130 "tax" of the price I booked it on hostels world. We paid 880 for a room that was suppose to cost 650. The staff was nice but the overcharges left a bad taste/experience to the whole city.
Bathrooms were clean. The rooms themselves were very stuffy and did hot. There was a young child (guests child) that was screaming during the early morning quiet hours and it was just awkward. Host was kind and helpful otherwise.
Lool Beh is one of the few hostel options in San Miguel and it’s a great place to stay for a short trip. But there is absolutely no atmosphere. The common area is very hot during the day so there isn’t really a place for gathering and there seemed to be workers staying in some of the dorms who would sleep all day. The vibe was pretty weird. Staff are friendly and it is a good location, just a bit odd over all.
Super kind and helpful staff! Some things however were not well designed, or not working so well.
Cute little place to stay, with cute dogs and the breakfast is pretty decent with some variety in fruits. The staff don’t speak much English, but that isn’t much of a problem and they’re all very sweet. The place is a little out of the way from the main square, but the walk isn’t too far. My main complaint is that the rooms get pretty hot at night, but otherwise a good stay.
Decent place, lady at the reception is super friendly. Located in a quiet area. Breakfast is not really filling (replacing the weird toast with actual toast/bread would already help. Private room had barely any airflow and smelled pretty damp. Would be good to announce that there is dogs in the property.
Very comfortable hostel in beautiful area. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was perfect for starting the day.

Cracking hostel. 4 bedroom dorm is very comfortable. Hostel is extremely clean and provides an excellent breakfast. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee. Dani (the owner) is very friendly. Bathrooms are great. Kitchen facilities are good, could do with a couple more pans. There’s not much of a social atmosphere at this hostel but if you’ve been travelling a while and want to chill for a few days this is a great spot.
Conveniently located, just 25 minutes' walk from the bus station and 15 minutes' walk to the attractions. The building is old, but the staff provides good service."

I loved staying here 😊 A beautiful house with a warm, homey atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming — I felt at home right away. My private room with a king-size bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. It’s calm and perfect to relax, not a party hostel. Lovely courtyard and common areas. Only small downside: low water pressure in the showers. Overall, I’d definitely come back!

Awesome hostel, the hosts are great and there's two cute dogs that hang out at the hostel. 100% would recommend.

Hola 💕 Estuvimos en BEH HOSTAL hospedados, éramos dos personas. Dani la que está en recepción una genia total, atención muy servicial y una energía divina. El Hostel se lleva un 10/10 de nuestro lado, el aseo, las instalaciones, los baños limpios, la ducha genial. La habitación armoniosa, tendidos y toallas todo Ok. Volveríamos Dani te saludamos Joha y Manuel 🥰
Hello 💕 We stayed at BEH HOSTAL, we were two people. Dani la who is at the reception a total genius, very helpful attention and a divine energy. The Hostel takes a 10/10 from our side, the toilet, the facilities, the clean bathrooms, the shower great. The room harmonious, stretchers and towels all Ok. We would return Dani we greet you Joha and Manuel 🥰
Très bon hostel, on s'y sent bien avec sa belle cour intérieur.

Lovely hostel in the Guadalupe neighborhood, in close walking distance to the center (10 minutes). The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms clean and practical and the staff is super kind and helpful. It's social and has a nice atmosphere, there's also a kitchen to cook and store food. I highly recommend staying here if you visit San Miguel de Allende.
Great hostel
Lool Beh is the perfect base from which to enjoy the peaceful town of SMA. The atmosphere is laid back, the staff friendly and accommodating , the rooms and facilities always clean, and the small complimentary breakfast is a great bonus. Walking distance from everything, and yet nestled in a quieter corner of town. Felt relaxed and happy for my stay here! I will be back 😎
Very friendly & helpful stuff, breakfast is not huge but included in the good Price, Bed was comfortable & there was generally enough space + also the Coworking space, which was nice. It's not a very social hostel though, because there aren't really any events or generally not lots of opportunities to connect with others beides breakfast or if you see others aroud. The term "spa" is a bit missleading. There is nothing in the hostel itself & the offers that were on the wall were quite expensive.
You are staying in someone's house; the main woman is very nice (despite the language barrier), allowed to check in early. Good value as you are very close to the city center. I was alone in my dorm the first night, but if the hostel was full the fact that there is only one bathroom (plus an extra toilet) would be a problem with what appears to be two dorms and a couple of private rooms.
