+ Honestly, nothing. This property did not meet even basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, safety, or service.
- The hotel was run down, with mold in the bathroom, poor cleanliness, and ongoing renovations with construction materials everywhere. There was constant noise at night, people knocking on doors, and we even saw a naked person walking down the hallway the next morning. The front desk service was rude, disorganized, and felt discriminatory during check-in. On our last day, our room door was opened at 7:00 a.m. despite being locked and without requesting housekeeping.

- The lobby staff was extremely disrespectful during check-in, even mocking us. There were people making noise, running and shouting in the hallways all night long, with no action taken by the hotel staff. We even encountered naked individuals in the hallways in the morning. The hotel conditions were deplorable and run-down, as well as dirty. Unlike other hotels in the Meininger chain, I recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible.
+ appena arrivati si nota la scarsa pulizia su ambienti comuni ,e corridoi, e pure in camera sotto i letti. la cosa peggiore che la notte i riscaldamenti non funzionavano bene e si era al freddo , la mattina chiedo di risolvere il problema , la sera al rientro per la seconda volta , oltre a trovare la camera non sistema per la pulizia giornaliera (ore 16,30..) vedendo i riscaldamenti ancora freddi , chiedo in reception, LA LORO RISPOSTA MI CONSEGNANO UN VENTILATORE DA BAGNO ,(del tutto inutile e rumoroso.) chiedo il cambio camera ma dicono che tutto pieno , cosa non vera perché sia su booking che sul oro sito ce disponibilità , (allego foto ) la seconda notte ci siamo coperti con i giubbotti per il freddo , dopo aver pagato + di 200€. VERGOGNATEVI.

- Sale, le menage n'est jamais fait, il faut quémander du papier toilette. Même la canine et les communs sont sales. Pas de cuisine. Fenêtre cassée signalée plusieurs fois, jamais réparée.
+ Det er svært at finde noget godt ved opholdet Vi bookede ud fra hvor godt der så ud på billederne men måtte sande, at jeg aldrig nogensinde har oplevet et så ringe hotel
- At der ikke holdes hvad der loves Personalet har ikke styr på noget, og man booker i tro at det er nogle værelser af ok størrelse Man får beskidte værelser på størrelse med skotøjsæsker Der var pubeshår på badeværelset
+ I materassi erano molto comodi ed un ragrazzo brasiliano alla reception è stato veramente molto gentile nel venirci incontro per i problemi incontrati nella stanza
- L'albergo sarebbe anche stato bello ma ci sono i lavori e non è stato avvisato sul sito di booking e quindi era un gran disagio e molto sporco

- I didn’t like the people who was working in the reception around 01 am 9 June ( blonde guy and back guy) I never blame people I am always friendly but I didn’t accept disrespect never. ( I am Portuguese went there after the match I saw in stadium because I only will be back home ( I live in Belgium ) bus will leave around 4 am. I just ask if I could stay in cafeteria drinking something, and they no (rude )( nothing for free of course I could pay everything) then I ask to book a room for me and the answer of the blonde guy they were full booked, ok no problem them I ask a second time to stay and the answer was the same, No, after that the back guy “invite me” to go out of course I went out ( I always avoid problems because I was JIU-JITSU Athlete and normally the people don’t know do you understand? And I never stay in places where not welcome with any reason. Really nice hostel just more like a hotel, not very social. We were by far the youngest there, most were 40-50 years old. Great location though, staff were very friendly, and hostel was very clean.

Séjour agréable, les lieux sont propres. En revanche, c’est assez bruyant (dortoir donnant côté rue). Il n’y a pas de rideaux ni de prises pour chaque lit… Les consignes à bagage ne fonctionnaient pas lors de mon séjour. J’ai perdu beaucoup de temps pour trouver un logement autre endroit.
Nice stay, the place is clean. however, it is quite noisy (dormitory facing street side). there are no curtains or sockets for each bed... the luggage storage units did not work during my stay. i lost a lot of time to find accommodation elsewhere.
Very very thin walls so it is very hard to get a good nights rest because you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways and the doors slamming. On our first hour in the hotel, some hotel repairmen started frantically knocking on our door and shouting at us. They didn’t speak any English so they just kept shouting and getting angry even though we were not warned in advance that they would come up to fix some stuff in our room. We got very scared.

+ Gute Lage, ordentliches Frühstück. Das war es aber auch schon.
- Niedriger Standard, Schimmel in der Dusche, riecht muffig und ist etwas schmuddelig.
