Worst hostel ever, no security at all! 100 euros got stolen from my wallet. They did not even provide me with details of other people in my room so I could atleast try and get my money back. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Terrible rooms, disgusting washrooms, WORST PLACE EVER!

La ubicación está increíble, a 20 minutos del coliseo y Fontana Di Trevi,ñ caminando. Sin embargo, las Habitaciones sucias, tan solo levanté la almohada y había unas gafas de sol, no dan instrucciones claras, el olor a humedad y sudor fue intenso porque no cambiaban las sábanas ni edredones, cuesta encontrar el lugar y la recepción está en el segundo piso mientras las habitaciones en el primero. propreté a revoir dans les douches/toilettes. Cuisine non fonctionnelle : micro onde qui ne chauffe pas, les plaques fonctionnent une fois sur deux. Une sale odeur dans les parties communes. auberge pas du tout confortable. C'est dommage car ca donne l'air que le profit est plus important que le bien être des voyageurs. Poivoir cuisiner est la base dans une auberge de jeunesse.

For some reason my original booked hostal at "Friends Holiday" was changed to hostal "Beautiful" without charging extra. I had no idea what to expect. Bed worn out, a terrible mattress. Dust and hair under the bed. Heater didn"t function. Bathroom; No tap above the sink, brushing teeth with cold water. Sometimes hot water to shower. Shower cabin broken. Reception promised several times to fix the tap above the sink, but not fulfilled. The only positive I can think of is the location.

The place got “closed by the police” and sent me to Hostel Beautiful. I never saw this location but the fact that they sent me to such a disgusting garbage heap that calls itself “Beautiful” earns it negative stars. If this place opens up, don’t go cause they don’t have your best interests. Also Hostel Beautiful should be closed down because it reeks of mold/mildew. Literally couldn’t breathe in the room. Nearly ruined my time in Rome, but was saved by a nearby hotel. AVOID AT ALL ...

I booked a month in advanced at my original hostel which was closed and they assured me I would be booked at this one. I was told all my booking info would be the same and I had reserved beds. After getting there they told me they didn’t have beds and I was left without a place to sleep at night. Do not book here under any circumstances

Friends holiday was closed by the police and we were sent to the beautiful hostel. It was not beautiful.

Location was fairly good - close to Roma Termini. The bed was nice and felt quite private despite being in a 6-person room. Bathrooms were nice enough - clean and spacious enough. Generally would recommend this hostel for your rome visit!

The check in and out process was very confusing and I think clearer directions would have helped a lot. There was also no ability to put a lock on your locker, which would have helped with security. The bathrooms and facilities did not look like they had been cleaned much.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado entre la estación de tren y el coliseo, los baños estaban limpios y está teníamos uno solo para la pieza compartida lo que era cómodo. El staff fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar

No Social area and not a real hostel vibe. Good for a couple nights if you don’t plan on hanging out there too much.

I stayed for 5 nights. Overall quite good. The kitchen was basic but other than that really good. Only 7 minute walk to Termini station and bus stop around the corner. It seemed to be small hostel so it was peaceful and there was never a line to the showers! Rooms were clean and I liked that the beds were regular and not bunkbeds. Staff was super friendly and helpful!!

El hostal no está limpio, porque solo hay una persona y es mucho trabajo, misma situación en la cocina además de que carece de estufa, no hay utensilios. Las cobijas olían como si las hubieran usado y no se lavaran. La distancia es retirada, por lo que, caminas mucho, o debes usar tranvía. El wifi no servía o tardaba mucho en cargar. La atención y servicio del personal es buena y estuvieron pendientes, no obstante, creo que puede mejorar mucho en cuanto a limpieza, servicios e imagen.

It was not cleaned properly. I saw the man cleaning the room while I was checking out and it wasn’t sufficient. The shelves are dusty and some other things. Our room’s lock wasn’t working properly, we had to leave without locking when going out. There are not enough cupboards to put your stuff. But still it was one of the cheap ones and the receptionists were nice.

The main thing is the location. It’s right near the train station so easy to get places but the neighborhood is not a good one. I met people from Rome who said to Avoid staying near the train station…. Otherwise really really great, clean, affordable and the facilities are phenomenal

excellent location — about 15 minutes walking from the Colosseum and 8 minutes from the central train station, making it very convenient. The area feels relatively safe if you stay aware. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, beds were not very comfortable, and cleanliness needs improvement, especially in shared bathrooms. There were also issues with the toilet flush and low shower pressure.

Decent value considering the other options I found around the same price in the area. The street its on isn’t perfect, and it could be cleaner, but it does the trick. The staff was kind and helpful.

Stayed for one night in a double room with shared bathroom. Since it's a very cheap option for being Rome, value for money is OK. Room OK, shared bathrooms not great (wet floor from showers, only one toilet). Not the best if you look for a social hostel vibe or a guesthouse where you "want to hang out much". Staff is alright and helped us to store bicycles and luggage during the night and day after (for an extra fee). Location OK (close to train/bus stations, not too far from main sights).

Not glamorous / a bit rough around the edges, but it did what I needed it to do, especially for €25 in Rome. No bugs and seemed pretty clean overall -just wash your dishes first. Not really any social spaces. No personal locker, but series of codes & keys into the dorm and I felt secure. The staff were nice, and let me store my bag for the day after I checked out. Kitchen has a sink, pots, cutlery, dishes, a microwave (not sure if it works, didn't try), a stove (works), and a fridge (works).

Its was a nice stay with friends hostel. The bed and the overal room were fine and clean, there was a locker assigned to me, but the lock was broken so i couldn't properly lock my things, but i trusted my things would be safe in my room and nothing was stolen.
