Nous ne sommes pas simplement déçus, nous sommes choqués par notre séjour. Il y avait une punaise de lit sur l’oreiller dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Punaises de lit!!! (Elles ont été signalées j'espère donc que le problème sera réglé) Quelques moisissures dans la salle de bain.

Attention, punaise de lit. J'espère que l'hôtel a été traité après mon départ. Chambre, installation et matériel trop vétuste.

Odeur de moisissure,punaise de lit,des cafards, affreux si tu ne veux pas attraper du champignon passe ton chemin de cette déchèterie.

First ever bed bugs experience and it was a hellish night with refund or help managing the infestation matter in the end 😩.

Incredibly so, bed bugs are not just some urban legend🪳... and a very first. Paying for a night to get all eaten up was no fun at all😵!!

A few hours later booking informed us that the property was unresponsive so we went back to ask if they needed more information. Were met with angst, hostility, aggressive behaviour, while being told we were being the unreasonable and aggressive ones, we were yelled at and when we responded on the same tone were told we were disrespectful. I was then handed a phone (without any sort of preparation) where a man (supposedly the manager) told me "we will see if the bedbugs give you medical issues". It might be useful at this point to let you know I was traveling with my mother who has lung cancer and we were two nights into a 5 night stay. He hung up and then pretended the phone line fell and when he picked back up he kept telling me he had all the time in the world to respond to our booking claim, I told him booking.com requires they do in 24 h, he said we were there for a cashgrab and he didn't care how we felt. So we returned our room key, took our stuff and left for a different hotel. The girl at the desk had the courage to tell me I shouldn't hang up on a man (which I didn't do, i just handed her the phone back, but I will hang up on a man if he is disrespecting me on any day of the week). The property is now refusing a refund us of the Paris daily tax, the days we didn't spend there or the days we slept with bedbugs in our bed. They believe that taking your money is fine, but no matter what they do, they are entitled to keep it. And they treat you like horribly while doing it. The hotel we then booked at for the remaining few nights let us know we were not the first to run from the Arty to them to find some peace, clean rooms, and some common courtesy that should be a given in the hospitality business.

There were bedbugs on the mattress! The toilet was very very small, it was hard for an adult to enter the shower cabin. Also there was no cabinet, just a small drawer.

Tout le reste. L'expression "marchant de sommeil" prend ici tout son sens. Les photos présentent sur le site montrent des chambres rénovées alors que ce n'est pas du tout le cas. Chambres avec moquette miteuse, tachées, pleine d'oreoles. Salle de bain moyenâgeuse : wc tellement prêt du mur que je ne pouvais pas m'asseoir correctement, siphon du lavabo qui fuit, rideau de douche avec des marques marrons douteuses...chaise avec les pieds tordus, impossible de s'asseoir sans tomber. Table avec plateau bancale. Serviettes de toilettes très usées, lits non faits. Poignée de la fenêtres presque arrachée, volets métalliques sans accroche pour les fermer. Ma plus grande crainte : attraper des punaises de lit. A FUIR!

The rooms, the staff in the kitchen and the beds are infested with bed bugs.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. It doesn't look anything like the photos they have posted. There are bugs in the beds, the attention of the staff is disastrous and the people you come across in the corridors are scary. It looks more like a shady brothel than a hotel. ATTENTION DO NOT GO WITH CHILDREN!!!
