Very nice stay. Location is in a vibrante redeveloped old industrial area. Close to tram line, Gironde river, Cite du Vin wine museum. Bar offered beer, wine and some food with a nice outdoor area. Rooms had good lockable storage and private beds. Unfortunately there were bed bugs and the bathrooms werent very clean.

The old bedsofa. my 2 girls age 10 slept there. not cleaned. my daughter was bitten 10 times of bed bugs full of red dots in the morning. not fun
