1A Adventure Hostel Lesce Bled

L'auberge était propre et bien localisé en revanche ils n'ont pas été très honnête concernant la possibilité de parking dans cet établissement. Nous avons éviter l'amende de justesse, le personnel aurait pu nous prévenir que le parking en face de l'église n'était pas illimité. De plus nous n'étions pas au calme beaucoup de bruits et de personnes irrespectueuses après 22h nous avons très mal dormi. La robinetterie du lavabo dans la chambre une horreur... Cela a gâcher notre sé...

Was kinda far from the lake, which meant u ended spending more money. Limited number of toilets and showers as well

Honestly, I’ve never written a review of a hostel but I felt the need to with this one. It wasn’t horrible, but it definitely could’ve been a lot better. For starters, there was no social environment in this hostel at all which was disappointing as a solo traveller. Also, every morning there are loud bells that ring at 7am for 5 minutes straight, and then every hour. It’s really hard to sleep past 7am any day because of it. Globally it was a good hostel (and the only one near by bled lake) but a little bit expensive for what it is, like no extra facilities just a bed, a shower and a kitchen to cook. It was globally clean, safe and 5min away from the bus stand. The bad point was that there was no plug for my bed

No air conditioning which was such a problem at night, made it very difficult to sleep. For the price you are paying I don’t understand why they can’t invest in air conditioning for the guests. The kitchen was good, had a nice outside seating area. The location is fine as Lesce has nice facilities, although I didn’t get a response from the hostel mini bus to get home so ended up walking an hour from Bled back to Lesce. Also my locker was broken in the room and I was not offered an alternat...

The guys Tadeo was awesome and so good vibes but the girl in the morning was not so nice . I don’t appreciate being waked up becoz she thought I was leaving with the keys . I still had 30 min before checking out and she just went in withouth knocking to wake me up . “Sorry , I though you were leaving without giving back the keys she said “ . The hostel is beside a church which is ringing every 15 minutes. So it will wake you up in the morning. They will now wait for you if you come after check in hours even though they have written they will and it will just cost 10€/hour. So we had to find another place to stay because we came 30 minutes after what they wanted to wait for us and still had to pay for that night even though we weren’t there and they didn’t wanted to leave a key or wait for us. DO NOT recommend this place!

Impossibly hot in rooms with no A/C or fans - would not recommend staying during the summer

Didn’t end up staying here due to rude staff members and it being impossible to get to this hostel. It is so far from the lake and basically unreachable. Staff member threatened me over the phone. Wouldn’t recommend. Also wouldn’t be shocked if they wrote a rude comment back to me here.

Very clean hostel, nice staff. The terrace was nice. Good connection to the lake. I wouldnt have any complaints if it wasnt so freaking expensive. Not good value for money. Rip off.

Personnel très accueillant et compétent. Chambre privative simple, propre et confortable. Parking gratuit à disposition qui est très arrangeant dans cette zone touristique. Calme et bonne atmosphère.

Great place! Kitchen is fantastic with everything you could need (pepper/salt/oil too, which is great). Staff kept everything super clean and were nice. It is a bit out from the lake but the shuttle is useful, and the bus stop and train station is only a few minutes away so it's easy to get into bled and on day trips further away. They accept school groups here so not necessarily the best for meeting heaps of solo travellers etc, but the area has plenty around so I met people out and about.

My second visit and maybe not my last. Nice and comfortable rooms and great staff.

Ik was hier tijdens off-season, dus het hostel was wat leger, maar niemand bevond zich in de common areas. De shuttle bus is fijn! Maar gaat om 10u heen naar bled en om 18u terug. Het plaatsje zelf is heel rustig, dus weinig te beleven. De klok is een nadeel, deze begint om 7u/ ochtends al en staat recht naast het hostel. Wel was het per nacht erg goedkoop en heb ik leuke uitstapjes kunnen doen vanuit bled zelf! Alles is wel erg schoon, fijne douches en een hele fijne keuken!

J’ai passé 3 superbes nuits ! Tout est propre, calme et sécurisé. Il y a un parking avec plusieurs places, un terrain de sport juste à côté, Lidl et McDo à 5min à pied, très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais pour 4€ il ne faut pas s’attendre à un buffet. Et le personnelle est très sympathique. Je recommande sur tous les points !

Really nice hostel. It's super clean and you get a free shuttle to Bled every day. All of the staff members were super nice. Special thanks to Aljaz who gave us super helpful tips and recommendations for hikes all over Slovenia.

I would 100% recommend this place. All the people who work there were super friendly and helped with my questions about places to hike and etc. There were enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone even when it was full. The only peoplem is that you need to get a bus to go to Bled, and for the peak days the busses are always full and late, and not as often as i expected, so be careful with that. But in general is easier to stay in Lesce to get the bus to other cities.

Lovely hostel. The staff were super helpful with booking things and recommendations! Lovely and clean. In a great location near train station and bus stops with regular buses to Bled (not usually on time though so plan ahead if you have things booked 😂)! Free shuttle to and from Bled once a day is also really handy! Facilities were great, great value for money:)

It’s one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The bed was great, there was plenty of space in the rooms for everyone, everything was clean and well kept, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast is simple, but there’s plenty of space in the kitchen if you’d prefer to make something yourself. It’s also easy to get to and from the sights you want to see.

very nice hostel run by very nice people

I felt at home immediately in this hostel. Small private room but clean and comfortable. Nice bar/dining room, plenty of common areas, fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Friendly and helpful staff. The free shuttle to Bled was also a plus. We were staying in the winter so the only activity we did was some hiking, but there seemed to be plenty of info on activities for when the weather is warmer. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well located only 5 minutes from the train station and bus stop. We were here in November so I assume it gets much busier in summer, but the whole hostel felt really spacious and well equipped. Big kitchen, enough bathrooms and lots of social spaces. They run a free daily shuttle into the town Bled. I would highly recommend staying here. Great base for exploring the areas natural beauty.

Great hostel tons of fun

This was the sweetest little hostel, that felt like a little home for adventurers. The kitchen was lovely and the people where nice and chill. We had free parking and a nice tree house looking room, and big bathrooms!

Great hostel, great value. Bled a very short bus or bike ride and Lesce better located for exploring the valley by Radovljica valley by bus or train. Hosts super helpful with ideas for day trips independent of paid activities. Good value breakfast and great coffee - 5 stars🤩

We had a wonderful stay in October. The hostel was comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable about the local area, their suggestions for walks were excellent.

Great staff who are ready to help with whatever you can imagine.. Transport, trips, laundry.. Truly great to talk with! The facilities were also very good and plenty of toilets and showers.
