- Praticamente tutto faceva schifo, in primis la location che è davvero di difficile accesso e molto in salita, stanze sporche, senza acqua calda né sapone, ma la cosa perfiles è stato sicuramente il ragazzo alla reception. Maleducato e arrogante. Allo stesso prezzo o incluso meno, ci sono soluzioni decisamente migliori
+ There was just one guy amith who tried to help us but still not enough as there was no facilities in the hotel. Just good for those who want to smoke weed and lie unconscious in the room because nobody sane would want to live here.
- There was nothing to like about the property, worst location , worst hospitality and worst franchise, no water in bathrooms and no ac as well. I have to return the same day i checked in.
+ I got stale breakfast twice.. The property is not maintained at all.. Seems like all they bother about is money

- The staff especially the host is incredibly intrusive and disrespectful. It feels like he is hightkey sexist and it has probably been one of the worst hosteller experiences in my life.

+ No room service, it’s more for bachelors, took 30 mins in filling online checkin and payment.
+ This is a tricky question. I enjoyed the night games and the brilliant people I met from outside. The cat that was roaming around the property and the Waterfall in front of the property.
- The room was filthy, and whenever I asked for it to be cleaned, someone would come and wipe the floor. I asked the manager to send someone to clean the bathroom, and the person who came was stoned and only washed the floor. He did not touch the toilet or the sink. For two days, I had to use a dirty toilet and sink. The fan in the bathroom did not work, so every time I went to the toilet, especially in the mornings for showers, bees and cockroaches would fly in. I had to fight them off several times. Furthermore, when I first arrived, my duvet and bed sheets/pillow were mouldy!! I found the staff very young and careless. I would not recommend it, especially not for women, as men predominantly staff it.
Not a very pleasant experience overall, location was a little off. But beyond that, the hostel atmosphere didn’t feel very good either. Extremely humid common space, where nobody bothered to sit. Poor maintenance of rooms, low quality fittings. Okay for solo travellers if they want to book a bed in a dorm but wouldn’t suggest anyone to book a room for 4k odd, totally worthless. I had added breakfast which was also below average.

Location is bit difficult if you have heavy luggage, no clear sign of property, might get confuse with other hosteller located just below it ! Checkin strictly 2pm which could be bit flexible like other hostels

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The environment was very positive and the vibe of the place made the whole experience even better. The staff were very supportive and friendly, always ready to help whenever needed. Overall it felt comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay.

+ Great place and people. Amith was the PoC there and he guided us well and helped us promptly.
- The only concern was the hot water frequency which we faced due to centralized heating. They did provide us by providing buckets of hot water but that used to consume our time. It is wise to bathe in the morning otherwise the shower will have lukewarm water.
Amazing hostel. Best for first time solo travelers. Very kind and helpful staff

+ I liked the staff as they were all very friendly and helpful. They made you feel very welcome. I met some really cool people at the hostel too.
- No heaters in the common area so it was cold
