- The hostel was at a steep incline. We had few heavy luggage bags with us. It was really hard to carry them over to the property. No one came from the property to help although we had called anf asked. The bed had bed bugs. And their is no backup power supply which would have came in handy as their were. Multiple power cuts. Also their wasnt waster in the pipes in the morning

- It was the worst experience for us as a couple. Finding this hotel was very difficult. I would never recommend it for couples. There’s no privacy—it's a completely open property. The staff service and everything else was terrible.

- There was not electricity for the whole night, no place to park your scooty, no clear communication

+ They changed the sheets after we asked because they had stains and kept our bags when we went for a 2 day trek

+ Abhishek bhaiya ( manager) Is so nice and helpful, he treated me as his younger brother and I'm planning to visit again soon......

+ I love the location of the property, staff behaviour + the common area they have. A nice vibe for visitora and travellers especially artists, readers, professionals too.

- I would suggest, to consider providing soaps/ handwashes to dorms too. Plus I would suggest if possible then curtains would be helpful.

- The food available through the cafe was bland and overpriced. The rooms had not enough lighting available. Needed more lighting, natural or artificial. The washroom had no bulbs, no way to use washroom at night. The toilet seats and shower area were not separated through a curtain, causing discomfort. One advice, please construct shower area and toilet area as separate units. It is a must requirement for dormitory rooms where solo travelers live in sharing.
