limpeza precária e levei bedbugs para casa, nunca mais!

Nous avons eu des punaises de lit. Lorsque nous avons soulever cette malheureuse nouvelle à la personne à l’accueil (à 10am), elle ne nous a pas prit au sérieux et ne nous a pas cru. Elle nous a dit qu’elle enverrait la femme de ménage mettre un poison et qu’on serait changer de chambre. 4h ont passer et aucune nouvelle. Nos valises sont encore dans la chambre avec les punaises. Chaque fois qu’on croise la personne à l’accueil elle nous ignore et détourne le regard. Nous sommes allez lui demander à plusieurs reprises si quelque chose allait arriver et si elle essayait de trouver une solution. Jamais aucune réponse, ou des réponses très vagues. Nous avons demander un remboursement complet, ils ont envoyer la manager de l’hostel qui nous a répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous devons faire la demande par booking… Elle n’a pas offert d’autres solutions ou compensation. Extrêmement déçue de cette expérience et ce service à la clientèle horrible. Nous avons quitter l’hostel à 15h lorsque nous avons trouvé un autre hébergement et que nous avons emballer tous nos vêtements et sacs dans des sacs poubelle. Ce qui semblait comme le propriétaire de l’hostel est venu nous voir pour nous offrir encore cette dite autre chambre que nous n’avons jamais vu et que personne nous a montrer dans toute la journée. Nous avons poliment refuser son offre et il s’est mit à nous crier dessus et nous dire qu’on mentait et que on avait amener les puces. Nous sommes parties très fâchées et déçues. De loin ma pire expérience en hostel et pour le moment nous avons payer les 3 nuits complètes alors que nous avons passer 2 nuits seulement.

I GOT BEDBUGS!!! and reception didn’t do anything. They are probably aware of this issue. Matress is broken. They didn’t handle the situation at all, the gaslight was insane they kept saying in wasn’t their fault. They didnt’t even check the bed at all. I’ve been here for two nights and i’ve been waking up with bites both mornings. No refund, no nothing, just disrespect. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL

Un Horror de lugar muy sucio y con chinches!!! Nada que ver con las fotos de la web!! Atención pésima!! *Calificación: 1/5 estrellas* Infestación de chinches grave en el Hostal Seven Hills. Mi acompañante sufrió lesiones graves en la piel necesitando asistencia hospitalaria médica y farmacéutica, la gerencia no se tomó en serio el problema. Falta total de control y prevención de plagas. *No lo recomiendo a nadie.* La salud y el bienestar de los huéspedes parecen no importar. Busquen otro lugar para alojarse. Una experiencia nefasta !! Hechos ocurridos a finales de agosto del 2025.

Bed bugs, not social hostel at all. Strange noises.

The people who work there are very friendly, but when we found a bedbug in our dorm, the owner didn't want to pay for our washing costs. They did take the bedbugscare seriously tho, so that was good. We left with a bit of mixed feelings.

ATTENTION !! BED BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE !!! WE WENT TO THE HOSPITALE BECAUSE OF BED BUGS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY HOLE LIFE : - Il y avait des pinces de lits !!! PARTOUT - Chambre dégueulasse - Douche sans porte - Bruit partout, aucun respect - 4ème étage sans ascenseur (grand escalier) - Code de porte ne marche pas souvent - Porte fermée à partir de 22h (avec le code qui marche pas) - Très mauvaise odeur des produit utilisé alors que rien n'est propre. LES PHOTOS PUBLIÉES N'ONT RIEN À VOIR AVEC LA RÉALITÉ !!

Building has bad odour, stayed for 6 hours before discovering bed bugs.

We got double-room which was next to kitchen, so it was so noisy for us. Furthermore we couldn't open window because it opened onto a terrace. There were cockroaches in our room and also in bathroom. After we got back to our homes, we found out we got bed bug's bites. We saw some bugs also in our room, but we believed they were cockroaches, but NO there were BED BUGS!!

Bettwanzen, Zimmer können nicht abgeschlossen werden, alles ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Würde dringendst davon abraten, hierher zu kommen. 2 Sterne, weil das Personal nett ist.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, sleepless night and no refund: I don’t mind some insects in a room but bed bugs is something you don’t want to have next to your bed! After I counted over 8 bed bugs I have had enough and tried to call the emergency number from the Hostel a couple of times, but no answer! And it is hard to sleep if you know there are bugs that might bite you and cause skin irritations and more. Also when I entered the room the first time there was a weird smell in the room. Probably they tried to get rid of the bugs with some strong cleaning substance. But apparently it didn’t work and still let people stay in that room. Next day I tried to get a refund, because I couldn’t stay in the room. But after discussing and waiting for over half an hour, all they could come up with was an poor apology. I wanted to see the manager but the receptionist said after calling the manager that he can’t do more than telling me the same… So don’t recommend. Also quite pricey for what you get besides bed bugs in various sizes.
