Cuando vayais revisar si hay chinches en los colchones. Nosotros teniamos y tuvimos que cambiar de hostal, el personal si que es cierto que fue super amable y nos devolvieron el dinero sin problemas.

high price, but that's Switzerland, crazy prices everywhere. not to blame the hostel for that : the people. one guy snoaring, people making video calls late at evening, somebody else took the bed, which was reserved for me. Not the backpackers vibe here, overall strange people staying in my room. as usual in hostels, must prepare bed yourself with linen, some guests did not prepare bed in proper way = unhygienic, risk of bedbugs & co. Again, the guests are the problem, not the hostel

Bed bugs!! I stayed in a mixed dorm for one night, and the next morning my legs were covered in bug bites. They staff was not helpful at all. Do not recommend.

Overall enjoyed this place, staff was super friendly and helpful. Since we were going to miss the free breakfast because we were leaving early in the morning, they made us packed lunches that were ready when we left. Only stayed the night but seemed like a nice atmosphere, felt very safe. Only negative was I found a bedbug in the clothes I had hung on the bed once we left. Definitely check you bed area as this wasn’t ideal! We
