Nothing. Everything, they gave us the room which was on the floor of the reception itself, that is the ground floor, which usually are for the staff only. The bed had cockroach and bed bugs. They should not have put those rooms for booking, as they were not for guests, probably the staff were earning that money by giving that room for booking.
