- Staff was rude and insulting, no shoes allowed. No places to store luggage other than the floor, bedding had holes.

+ Merkezi konumda olması güzel ama yanında inşaat vardı.
- Şehir vergisi gibi gereksiz bir masraf çıkarıyorlar. Oda soğuktu, ısıtma devreye sokulmadı. Aylar yıllar önceden rezervasyon yapıp ödediğimiz halde çok basit manzarası olan bir oda vermişler. Banyo terliği verilmiyor. Herhangi bir ikram yok. Yastıklar çok kötü , boyun ağrısı ile uyanmanıza sebep oluyor. Koridorda kullanılmış bez terlikler vardı, hiçbir şey bulamadığımızdan 1 tane kullandım. Çok kötüydü.

- Very uncomfortable bed. Only 1 towel. Inadequate staff, especially cleaning woman in the building 19-26. Someone left dirty plates in the kitchen. She decided it was me. And she came from down stairs to our room during we were out and left these 3 dirty plates in our room. But if she came to teach people how to clean then she could make at least her job and clean our garbage bin. But she did not. When I pointed her about this situation. She did not even say sorry. Hotel did not give apologizes too. So you will be not really welcome here.

- At the reception there is a need to improve customer service, the man who serves breakfast is very rude, the rooms are not well distributed, I would not return, I recommend booking other places closer to the center which are cheaper and with better attention to the traveler
- I didn't like management putting an 80-year-old man in a wheelchair that smelled like urine in the middle of the dorm room. he was yelling throughout the night, left the door open and the lights on. Could not get any sleep so I left a day early. There is more to the story, but you don't give me enough space to write it. I want reimbursed for the night I didn't stay.
