Arena Boutique Hotel (Female Only)

Nicht das Zimmer erhalten wie auf dem Bild. Dreckig. Bettwanzen. 5x in der Nacht Zimmer wechseln müssen, weil der Chef zu durch war. Ehrliches Ranzloch. Wenigstens haben die unsere Wäsche gewaschen, aber hat ewig gedauert. Teils ehrlich unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir waren froh, als wir abgefahren sind.

Usually fine with the most basic hostels, but we had to move rooms as was overbooked and put put in the loudest room of the party one next to it. Another girl woke up with terrible bed bug bites. Our room was basic but ok except from the bathroom - shower was blocked so flooded everytime. As usual in Thailand you aren’t supposed to flush stuff down the loo, resulting in the bin was overflowing and stank for 4 days as they never emptied it. Staff kept showing people into the room when no beds.

BEDBUGS!!!! I came here for the full moon party and was prepared for a pretty basic hostel but this was a new level! It didn’t look like the pictures at all, the doors had no lockers, it was mould so it smelled, BEDBUGS in every bed! The madras was black from mould and bedbugs pop! DON’T STAY HERE
