+ ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
- We were made to feel unwelcome and singled out from check-in onwards. Felt singled out and discriminated by the staff. I have reported this to the relevant authorities and will be pursuing it through proper legal channels.
- Odalar berbattı ve odalarda havlu bile yoktu. Havlu istediğimizde ücret karşılığı olduğu söylendi. Biraz daha fazla ödeyip düzgün bir otele gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.
- A huge disappointment. I was prevented from using the kitchen in the evening due to the rules of the hostel, even though I had only asked for it.If you use a bread warmer.I was forced to eat the bread cold. This is truly inhumane.

- All paid, arrived late, was denied check-in because only a digital passport was available. This requirement was not clearly highlighted in advance. Please make this rule more visible to avoid situations like this.

- Não havia higiene nos quartos, as camas não estavam feitas, apenas deixam em cima das camas o lençol e edredon com um almofada . Tudo com manchas amarelas. As toalhas tivemos que pagar 8 euros por toalha para podermos tomar banho ! Um ambiente distante e frio .

+ Mir hat das Hotel gar nicht gefallen. Es war sehr teuer, aber das Zimmer war klein und spärlich eingerichtet – kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, keine Sitzgelegenheit. Sogar Handtücher musste man extra für 8 € pro Stück bezahlen, was ich absolut nicht normal finde. Alles in allem war es den Preis überhaupt nicht wert.
- I had an extremely disturbing and unsafe experience at Via Hostel in Amsterdam and would strongly caution others before staying here. On the night of my stay, my wallet was stolen directly out of my pocket inside the hostel. Shortly after, another guest began aggressively confronting me and attempting to start a physical fight. I repeatedly asked hostel security and staff to remove this individual from my space, explaining clearly that I felt threatened and unsafe. Despite multiple requests, staff did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect me. The situation escalated to the point where I was physically assaulted. I sustained visible bruises to the back of my head and my face. Only after this happened did the hostel finally contact the police — far too late to prevent harm. When the police arrived, I had already been forced to defend myself. What is most shocking is that instead of supporting the victim, the hostel staff chose to remove me from my room and eject me from the hostel entirely, claiming I was “fighting,” despite the fact that I was defending myself after repeatedly asking for help. I was left without accommodation in a foreign country, late at night, with my wallet stolen and injuries sustained. This hostel failed at every basic level of guest safety: Failure to prevent theft Failure to respond to threats Failure to intervene during an assault Failure to protect a guest afterward I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, care, and responsibility shown by Via Hostel staff. No guest should ever feel abandoned, threatened, or punished for defending themselves when staff refuse to act. This experience was traumatic and completely unacceptable

Tres bonne option pour deux cyclotouristes de passage. Vèlos en securitè dans le garage. Personnel tres aimable et dècontractè. Mètro proche. Un t bon rapport qualitè prix
very clean, comfortable hostel with friendly staff. a nice fun atmosphere but could be improved if the hostel interacted with hostel world to advertise its events. kitchen facilities are limted to only cutlery and a microwave. The area is remote but safe.
In a small city pretty far from Amsterdam itself but the city is nice and there’s a grocery store. But what you’re paying in train fees to get the cheaper hostel could’ve been how much you spend to just be central. Also this hostel is not social really if you’re a backpacker. Full of families and people who are maybe living at the hostel…
El hostel es Diemden, está bien para familias y descansar pero 30" del centro en metro que termina 00.30 hs. En si, está bien pero es lejos.
The hostel is in Diemden, it's good for families and relaxing but 30" from the center by metro which ends at 00.30 hrs.
O melhor hostel onde já estive. Tenho de dar os parabéns ao senhor António Pascoal a sua limpeza é 5 stars.

+ Location was ok- You need to get the metro to get the station and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Brakfast was good and the staff are the best ! very friendly and helpful.
- cleaniness should be improveed a bit probably other than that alll good.

+ Η τιμή και η εξυπηρέτηση
+ Rapport qualité prix de la chambre. L'accueil de la part du personnel. La proximité du métro. Les prises électriques dans le lit avec une prise usb pour le gsm La chambre était propre et assez grande pour 4 personnes.
- Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Le rapport prix qualité du petit déjeuner : même prix qu'au B&B Hotel mais pas de viennoiserie, pas de possibilité de faire un oeuf mollet, pas de chocolat chaud, le pain du premier jour était même légèrement sec, heureusement que j'ai pu le griller.
