Amsterdam Hostel Annemarie

L'emplacement de cet Hostel est le seul point réellement positif de notre séjour. A notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payé en cash, cette consigne était effectivement annoncé sur le site internet mais pas évidente. La propreté de l'hostel reste à désiré, notamment pour la douche. Il n'y a qu'une seule douche et un WC par étage où il y a de nombreux dortoirs.

Only one really small bathroom for the whole floor, with the toilet and shower together and no space to leave your things. In the kitchen there wasn’t even a cooker or some pots to make some easy hot food and since we were in Amsterdam for 3 nights it was quite a problem for us. You get only blanket and sheet, nothing to coat the blanket. It wasn’t our case, but the receptionist promise you that if you leave good review, you will get next stay cheaper so that could effect the reviews.

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. It is not worth the money you save, especially because this hostel is not that cheap with all things considered. -MASSIVE dead spider in bed -Gum stuck to bed -Towel (rented) had orange stains -ONE bathroom with ONE TOILET and ONE SHOWER for a hostel with 21 people. Other floors had even more rooms with also one bathroom. Coming from a frugal person, spend the extra money NOT to stay here. This hostel could ruin your trip.

Worst ever hostel experience. Bathrooms were very small and dirty. No toilet rolls. Rooms had no place to walk. Doesn't worth your money at all.

Worst experience in my 3rd time visit in Amsterdam. The only mistake is I booked this hostel. Their bed distribution has no plan. I booked the hostel for 2 nights. After 1st night I went outside in the morning. And when I returned at night I saw my bed taken by someone else. It was a horrible experience. The hostel service dont have any proper control. I would say definitely avoid this hostel.

beds too small, 3 beds pilled on each others, kitchen is just a microwave, overall dirty and smelly. if you don't believe me, check the comments on Google maps. have bedbugs bites on my legs, everything is in cash, sketchy feeling. 3 rooms/floors, 12 beds/rooms, 1 (too) small shower/toilets by floors (1 for 36 if the hostel is full). arrived one day later, they cancelled my whole reservation, i had to find something else the day i arrived, do not answer phone or mail, want me to pay everything

Je nais pas dormie à hostel donc je me suis present a 01h du matin il sont voulue faire la réservation donc je vais passe part autre application booking il y a au moins de aide je demande remboursement de la totalité

This place is awful, avoid it. It doesn’t reflect the photos shown and the personnel isn’t helpful.

We had a lot of bedbug bites after our stay here. We also paid in cash but a month after our stay they tried to charge our creditcard for extra money.

I left chargers and a universal adapter under the pillow of my bed, and the night receptionist confirmed it would be safe since no one else would be using the room. When I returned late that night, my items were gone. The next morning, staff gave conflicting information about room service availability, preventing me from retrieving my belongings, and one receptionist, Kalo, made a dismissive, unprofessional comment: “You’re from America, right? Good luck with that.” Nothing was recovered.

the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The accommodation itself was in a great location and the beds were comfortable. When I come back to Amsterdam, I will be staying here

Location was great. However there was construction while we there so it was a bit messy and the bathrooms were quite small. Otherwise easy for a quick stay!

I really don’t get why some hostels don’t have Female dorms… and even if they don’t, it’s not hard to place women in a bedroom and men in the other… the hostel was okay but there was no space in the room or in the super tiny bathroom the change since I had 2 men in my room…

Very nice place for a cheap price, Saeed the guy from reception is very polite and try to make u feel comfortable during your stay.

esta alejado del centro, a unos 30min de la zona centrica, pep tiene un buen supermercado justo al lado. Los locker estan en recepcion y son para mochila tamaño medio, por lo que la habitacion estaba llenisima de mochilas, maletas y trastos. El baño para ducharse es el mas pequeño que he visto en toda mi vida. el personal de recepcion muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. la cocina tiene un microondas y nevera, no fuegos. la limpieza regular el colchon muy fino. esta bien por el precio

Ok hostel. 1 toilet/shower: 15 people. Good security as door only opened by worker and lockers. Bag storage is not secure though. Room is quite cramped. Could be much cleaner. Toilet downstairs still had old shaving hairs that hadn’t been cleaned in a while and corridors and carpets were dirty. Kitchen has a microwave and fridge. Some benches in reception to sit down on. Good location close to park.
