Pictures are not the same as the actual room. Toilets were dirty, toilets not working on the floor. Staffs very rude .
Checked in and my room was very dirty still. Switched me to a different room where I found bed bugs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is infested with BED BUGS, is dirty, dingy, so loud from the traffic outside and the constant noise in the halls. The lockers are too small to put anything in. I just needed somewhere for the night but only made it an hour before finding bed bugs crawling around and promptly leaving to find somewhere else to stay. The rest I could deal with, but I have to draw the line somewhere
El primer día que llegamos al alojamiento en las sabanas habia chinches y garrapatas, por lo que 7 chicas a las 2 de la mañana tuvimos que buscarnos un alojamiento de última hora. Queremos nuestro reembolso completo pero lo único que hacen es pasar del tema, decirnos que ya responderán al supuesto correo que mandan a su superior y esperar a que nos vayamos para tomarnos y nunca devolverlo, aparte los empleados se reían en nuestra cara. The first day we arrived at the accommodation the saunas were bugs and ticks, so 7 girls at 2 am we had to find ourselves a last minute accommodation. we want our full refund but all they do is go over the subject, tell us they will already answer the supposed mail they send to their superior and expect us to go get it and never return it, besides the employees laughed in our face. the hygiene was terrible and there were underwear on the floor.
This place was awful, do not stay, bed bugs all over, completely unsafe and unsanitary. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give it a rating of 0.

- dirty - 4 out of 5 showers don't go - no water comes out of the shower - no drawer in the room - washbasin tooft - no mirror - light and electricity am bedt go not

No lo recomiendo, es sucio, inseguro, el peor hostal en el que he estado!! Sobre todo mujeres no se queden aqui! Yo fui con mi novio y aun asi lo senti horrible. El baño asqueroso, las camas con pelos, la habitacion muy descuidada.
I don't recommend it, it's dirty, unsafe, the worst hostel I've ever been in!! especially women don't stay here! i went with my boyfriend and even then it felt horrible. the bathroom was gross, the beds were hairy, the living room was very sloppy.
À FUIR!! L’auberge est remplie de punaises de lit , j’ai dû aller en urgence au docteur des plaques de boutons partout le corps il compris sur le visage, des insomnies à causse des grattages, les chambres sont affreuse, les prises tombes, l’eau ne marche pas, lés réceptionniste sont pas à l’écoute, ils s’en foutent royalement. Ne surtout pas y aller !!!!!!! J’ai fait une allergie au piqûre! Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre de photo !
FUAR!! the inn is full of bedbugs, i had to go to the doctor urgently, button plates all over my body including on my face, insomnia causing scratches, the rooms are awful, the seals are deep, the water doesn't work, the receptionist is not listening, they are fucking royally.
Bien situé a proximité des sites par contre mauvaise odeur Chambre pas tres propre les communs comme salle de bain et toilette ne fonctionne pas tous les prises dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas non plus.
Good location close to sites but bad smell Room not clean the common amenities like bathroom and toilet does not work all the sockets in the room do not work either.
The place is disgusting. If your intention is to sleep with bedbugs, this is the ideal place! They don’t even have basic cutlery or cooking utensils, and they don’t clean the rooms either. The reception is a disaster — the worst place to stay.
My friend and I stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm for 3 nights and have come home with bed beg bites all over our bodies. Overall didn’t think that it was that clean really anywhere. The windows didn’t have any sort of curtains so the room was easily viewable from the street. Property also smaller than what is perceived in photos. Anyway, moral of this review is the bed bugs
Warning! Bed bug hostel. The previous reviews are unfortunately factual . As soon as lights are off, the warmth of your body attracts a swarm of bed bugs. They obviously don’t clean surfaces as they are covered with smashed bugs including the walls. I have tried reaching them with every possible method to give them the opportunity to make this right and zero response. This is intentional negligence and I am legitimately surprised they are in business and can live with still inviting guests.
They had bed bugs, it was dirty, the night shift told us to go back to our bug infested room . There is no possibility to contact the mangement so you won't even get your money back and just stay traumatized from bugs crawling over you in the night .

Terrible hostel, had bed bugs and was completely unsanitary. We had to check out late at night and spend money at a nearby hotel. Would not recommend anyone stay here.
This deserves 0 stars. Worst hostel experience ever. Found a bed bug and had to leave immediately. The facilities were dirty and unacceptable. Our window was also broken and letting in cold air to our room.
