+ I arrived and told I didn’t have a bed and so had to try find somewhere else late at night. Ended up on a bench
- The receptionist was good she was just doing what her boss told her. I got no refund.
+ Everything is clean, comfortable, just perfect.
- I’m sorry to put this mark but it will help someone who also have a sensible sleep. I couldn’t sleep for 2,5 hours since 22.30 to 0.59 because of people coming to their sleeping place. They made noise and it lasted a bit even till morning, so I didn’t sleep at all. When I asked an administrator to do with it, he just put his shoulders on and advised me to tell people to be more silent..just stay was awful just because of sleep, but it’s the main reason to stay in a b&b, so I’m sad.

- Le personnel à très peu de considération pour le client, voir une légère tendance a le prendre pour un c** :) Un merci tout particulier à Serge qui s'est démenée à NE PAS trouver de solution. Ils se moquent de leurs clients qui ne sont que des €€ à leurs yeux. Bref je ne recommande pas.
+ Bon emplacement, lit confortable, salle de bain assez propre malgré une panne d'eau, problème de plomberie à la cuisine mais on s'adapte, l'accueil de M. Andrès est plus que parfait.
- Ce que je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié, c'est le comportement irrespectueux de la préposée au comptoir de réception, Magdalena (une jeune blonde) qui m'a traité de raciste lorsque j'ai demandé le courriel du gérant de l'établissement. La préposée au comptoir du bar, Karine, qui se dit "gérante" et "première responsable" de l'établissement est incorrecte, elle parle aux clients de haut, sans aucun sourire, les mains dans les poches (voir les caméras). Elle m'a dit devant les clients et devant ses collègues que si je n'étais pas content, je n'avais qu'à ramasser mes affaires et quitter "son" établissement, ce qui m'a vraiment choqué. Sans que personne ne l'appelle, le livreur, un jeune blond tatoué de 25 ans m'a menacé et m'a bousculé dans ascenseur, j'ai dû le repousser pour me protéger. C'est la pire expérience que j'ai vécu dans cet établissement et dans tous les établissements hôteliers que j'ai visité de toute ma vie. M. Serge était choqué de ce qui s'est passé et s'est excusé à la place des deux jeunes dames et du livreur. Je remercie M. Serge pour son comportement et pour ses excuses, mais je ne peux excuser le comportement des deux jeunes filles et du livreur. Heureusement que M. Andrès est dans l'établissement, c'est grâce à sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil que pas mal de clients reviennent à l'établissement. J'ai beaucoup de respect et d'estime pour lui.

- lorsque j'ai fait mon check in, j'ai demandé au personnel de mettre mon médicament au réfrigérateur. il s'agit d'un médicament à plus de 3000 euros. lors du check out, je m'aperçois qu'ils ont mis le médicament dans le congélateur au lieu du réfrigérateur !!!!!! la réponse de la personne qui m'a fait le check out : "la personne qui a fait votre check in ne parle pas très bien français". maintenant je me retrouve en difficulté par rapport à ce médicament qui est un médicament d'exception que je ne peux pas avoir à nouveau. donc : personnel non professionnel ayant entraîné une erreur GRAVE POUR LA SANTE.

+ 宿の周りは危険を感じなかったです。 設備も綺麗でした。
- フライトが欠航になった為、日程変更の依頼をしたのですが、スタッフの対応が非常に悪かったです。またドミトリーの部屋は8人で1つのトイレ・シャワーを利用するので、常に待つ時間が生じ、とても不便でした。

The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Staff cleaned the kitchen during breakfast time which seemed unhelpful. The room door didn’t close properly which meant that people kept accidentally leaving it open at all hours of the day/night. The shower in the room didn’t work and made a horrible loud noise all night.
Top, super pratique pour venir de la gare lyon ou bercy et se rendre à l'accor arena ! Je reviendrais.
Amazing place!
Clean , line the curtains ; it gives you more privacy . Area closed to train station , Gates su Nord. Area is ok , idk if I would be around late at night . But everything went well and Orr seemed very safe . Lockers in the room , great to have .
This is the best hostel I have stayed in! The most outstanding were the staff who were very friendly and accommodating to us which I much appreciated. Besides this, it was clean, great location, two grocery stores nearby and it is close to the metro. The bed was comfortable, the facilities quiet at night and I was able to sleep like a log here. The private room had a lovely balcony and the common areas are very nice too, including the rooftop. 10/10 would stay here again :)
Excellent hostel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are very clean and as private as a dorm can get with privacy curtains, lockable safe and adjustable mini lights. The shower and toilet are inside the dorm and very clean/well-kept. Mattress is a bit hard but still comfortable and I slept well during my stay. It isn’t very social but there’s still a nice bar downstairs and seating so you can meet other travellers if you wish. I would 100% stay again.
This hostel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at during my four weeks of traveling through Europe. The six-bed dorms are very clean and comfortable, featuring privacy curtains and plenty of space. I loved that the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the building has an elevator, a garden, a balcony, and a great kitchen. The location is perfect, situated right between two Metro stations. Line 6 at Dugommier takes you directly to main attractions like the Arc de Triomphe,Champs-Elysees,Eiffe...
Dortoir spacieux, confortable, et bien équipé. De manière générale l'auberge est moderne, tout est propre, et le personnel sympathique. Parfait pour un concert à l'Accor Arena, j'y reviendrais.
The hostel is modern, everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. perfect for a concert at l'Accor Arena, I would come back.
Personnel cool et. Efficace
It's located in a nice neighborhood, minutes from transportation. Upon entering, there’s a bar and a coffee vending machine for a quick caffeine fix. Amenities like the kitchen, workspace area, outdoor seating, and rooftop terrace are well maintained, and my room, including the en suite shower and bathroom, was very clean. The bed included a privacy curtain, charging outlet, light, and a safe for personal items; it was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Sauber, gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal. Ich habe eine Nacht im 8-Bett-Zimmer hier verbracht, die Dachterrasse war super und die Lage perfekt zur Weiterreise vom Gare de Lyon aus.
I spent a night in the 8-Bed-Zimmer here, the Dachterrasse was great and the perfect location for the onward journey from Gare de Lyon.
this was the cleanest hostel I ever stayed in! Very modern, room had a balcony, close to the subway station, not crowded or loud and the staff was very friendly too. I would definetly stay here again
É um Hostel em que eu aconselho a se hospedarem, bem localizado, os funcionários super atenciosos em especial ao Andres que se encontrava na receção quando cheguei, deu suporte no que eu precisava. Cama confortável, ambiente aberto e fechado para ficarmos a vontade onde dá para aquecer comida e comer tranquilamente. Nota 10 para todos. Com certeza vou regressar e ficarei sempre hospedado no The people Bercy.
It's a hostel that I recommend staying in, well located, the super attentive staff especially Andres who was at the reception when I arrived, gave me support in what I needed. comfortable bed, open and closed environment to stay at ease where you can heat food and eat quietly. note 10 for everyone. i will definitely be back and will always stay at the people bercy.
They have a kitchen which is a rare find in Paris! Only stayed one night as travelling through, but seemed in a good location, compared to where I have previously stayed. Supermarket nearby, they have a bar and some games, although I didnt use as many younger boys downstairs during my stay. The hallways are very loud though, but the blackout curtains great! Will stay again.

Location was ok, but close to Gare de Lyon which was nice. Wouldn't necessarily walk around at night alone too much in the area, but overall, felt pretty safe. Hostel was great and rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. I would definitely recommend!
