The staff was comingin during the day and night pissing in the toilet and not flushing so every morning i had a surprise from them in the toilet, no toilet paper, bedbugs literally it was SO ITCHY sleeping there. Middle aged people and homless sleep here which is super shady and they make SO MUCH NOISE!! I recommend any other hostel this is terrible, their keys broke and chaged me

Very dirty! Bedbugs staff pissed on the toilet and didn’t flush or wash hands (there was no soap nor toilet paper) with dirty hands they do your breakfast, its itchy to sleep there because of bedbugs and some homeless drunks arrive there so you can expect snoring and loud people, book another hostel and save the trouble

Dear New Generation Hostel Management, My name is Horvath David, and I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hostel between July 11 and July 13. During my time at your property, I experienced multiple bed bug bites on my body. I have not stayed at any other accommodation before or after this period, making it clear that the bites were contracted at your hostel. Additionally, several of my travel companions who stayed in the same room also suffered similar bites, further confirming the presence of an infestation. This situation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness standards maintained at your establishment. I urge you to immediately investigate the issue, thoroughly treat the affected areas, and take all necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to future guests. Given the discomfort and health risks we were exposed to, I am requesting a full refund for the cost of our stay. I expect this matter to be handled with urgency and professionalism. Please respond to this complaint at your earliest convenience. I will not hesitate to escalate this issue further if necessary.

Ich habe noch nie in einem so schlechten Hostel übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren zwar gut aufteilt aber dreckig, die Laken waren nicht sauber und es gab inklusive Bettwanzen. Die Bäder sollten anscheinend jeden Tag gesäubert werden, davon habe ich nichts mit bekommen. Dementsprechend sahen Toiletten und der Waschraum, der zusätzlich nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte, entsprechend aus. Unterirdisch. Allgemein war das Hostel dreckig. Wir sind früher abgereist und das Personal schien nicht gewundert.

There was no soup or toilet papers in the bathrooms. If you look at other google reviews for this property you will also see the other customer’s complaints about the same issues I have raised in this message. I checked out at property today and booked another accommodation via Airbnb. In addition, I spent money on medical products for itchiness and red spots on my skins caused by bed bugs infestation. There was no clean bed sheets and pillow case at the hostel. In addition, the lockers for the showers and bathrooms are broken and it is not possible to lock them while you are in the shower or bathrooms. This place must be inspected by the local health authorities ASAP.

Do not go there! Horrible staff, not at all clean. Bed bugs everywhere, had to go to the hospital as I got a toxic shock due to that reason, twice on the same day! Worst then that, the staff kicked me out, while I was trying to call the ambulance they said it gives them bad reputation, because of their bad due diligence. And did not return the money for the rest of the already paid stay. The price might be tempting but please save it for health and peace of mind.!

At check out, you are not allowed to remain in common areas and are expected to leave immediately.. They charge 7 euros to store your luggage. Floors were very dirty. Bedbug covers on every bed. No fitted sheets. No tables or additional furniture in rooms at all. No soap...even for hand washing..only for purchase. Incredibly rude staff. No check-ins after 11.
