Mala gestion del hostel, tuvieron overbooking y el.problema fué que no nos dijeron nada hasta que llegamos. Tuvimos que buscarnos otra habitación a las 20h de la noche.
The worst experience ever... I paid for a 4-bed room, but when I arrived they told me it wasn't available and sent me to a 10-bed room... The next day I woke up and the cat had scattered all the trash around the room... I thought they would pick it up, but it stayed on the floor all day and the room smelled terrible... Communication was very difficult...
I’ve booked my room from Hostel world , got the confirmation email and when I arrived they said they have no room available. It was late in the night and I was very tired Never going back again.
On our arrival day we got told our room was cancelled. Never saw our money again and had to book another hostel.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked a Private room for two and one night in a dorm 3 days before we arrived and it was confirmed right away. After we arrived at the Hostel they told us that it was double booked and they just gave OUR room away to the others. We also have paid an amount via Hostelworld and we tried to contact the hostel via email and have never gotten any response. Also they didn’t cancel the booking by themself. Really unprofessional.
DO NOT BOOK HERE. the hostel apparently has no control over this webpage, and cannot see any of the bookings. I arrived and they had no beds available. The hostel is real, but book it on booking.com instead. the manager is kind, its a basic hostel but it does the job.
The hostel was overbooked and we had to find an other place!! They said they forgot the password of hostelworld…
Please don't get tempted by the low costs! We booked the cheapest dormitory. I wanted to contact the place because we weren't sure that we would get there on time for the check in. They didn't care to answer for days. When we got there they told us they forgot the password for their Hostelword account!. So they overbooked. We could just try to find a free and affordable place at around 11 pm. I asked them to send back the amount they charged me before. They've just stolen that money from us.
This was the worst place I stayed in Morocco. Noisy until 1am, so cold it was like sleeping outside. Staff were rude, they asked me to pay city taxes twice, when I complained about being overcharged they threatened to cancel me. Talk of excursions was a constant annoyance. I got more hassle here than in Medina. A terrible place to stay.
Leaving these low stars because we booked through hostel world, but when we got there the hostel had lost our booking and we had to go somewhere else. Didn't actually get to experience the hostel so not sure how it actually was, just sat in the lobby, but having to find other accommodation and walk around when it was dark was stressful.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass eine Person keinen Platz hätte und in ein anderes Hostel umgesiedelt werden müsse. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten monatelang im Vorraus gebucht. Zum Glück ließen eine nette Gruppe anderer Mädchen uns bei ihnen im Zimmer schlafen. Wir haben trotzdem für alle 6 bezahlen müssen.

Enfin de nouveau manager, chambre bien faite, A installer absolument, la bâche anti pluie de terrasse !!! . Couloir cour inondés, escalier glissant Autrement,c est bon Leur accès à hostel word beugue, Mot de passe perdu. Confusion pour les inscriptions et arrivant

The staff is so nice and helpful. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Recommended us places to see, eat and were really communicative, even before arrival. Definitely would pass by again.

Für kurze Aufenthalte gute und günstige Option. Das Personal war sehr nett.
was supposed to stay with them, then they had double book. so they called another place which had a bed available. I came the next day to stay. guy was very nice. so was the lady who served us breakfast. worth the price. reasonably clean and beautifully designed. The heat was unbearable at night. got no sleep. but I believe this is standard in Morocco in august.

Sérieusement l’auberge de jeunesse est vraiment très bien, je recommande ! Le personnel est vraiment gentil, souriant et accueillant. L’endroit est très sympa et agréable et surtout bien situé.
All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is complete and very tasteful. Overall was a great experience!

The Madrassa was truly a wonderful hostel. I only booked it for passing through Marrakech for one night but would totally book again! It’s super central but you also don’t step out onto a crazy crowded souk right away. The courtyard, house & terrace are beautiful & the staff is so so nice, helpful and they’re just lovely people in general! They helped me so much with my trip-planning, played guitar on the rooftop and were just very funny as well. I’ll always remember them! Thanks so much...

I really liked the hostel. It has a nice rooftop and the staff was really nice. The mattresses however were a little uncomfortable. Thanks!
