BED BUGS!!! I stayed there from 17–21.09 on the 6 floor. Got bitten by bed bugs and brought them home in my luggage. Check your beds!!! Absolutely unacceptable for the price to stay in a bed bug paradise.

Reviews of the Eklo Paris Porte de Versailles Hotel (December 2025 and 2026) AVOID AT ALL COSTS – A COMPLETE DISASTER This hotel is supposed to be new and close to the exhibition center, but the reality is simply catastrophic. • The rooms are infested with bedbugs. Guests complain constantly, but nothing is done. • The double rooms are barely wider than the length of a bed; it's impossible to open a suitcase. • I have visited over 50 countries and hundreds of destinations, and I have never seen a hotel, or rather a hostel, with such disproportionate dimensions. • This 8-story hotel has over 400 rooms and a capacity of approximately 2,000 beds, but the service is deplorable. • The private rooms are ridiculously small: only the bed fits. No wardrobe, barely a desk, and not enough space to open a suitcase. • The lighting is as dim as a candle. These people really confuse saving money with being environmentally conscious. • Most nights, there's no hot water. • The air conditioning doesn't work properly in most of the rooms. • How can a show hotel not have an iron in the rooms? • The breakfast is very poor: nothing to eat, and most of the time, it's impossible to find a plate, fork, or slotted spoon… • Scrambled eggs are often missing… • The rooftop staff don't coordinate, either amongst themselves or with the reception staff. • Despite all this, during peak season, they charge €350 a night. When the price is €20 to €30 outside of that period, it seems like a real rip-off. • It's outrageous, even for Paris. With this level of service, you feel ripped off. Paris isn't exactly a tourist-friendly city to begin with, but this place takes service to a whole new level. • The staff seems forced to work. • Instead of helping, their attitude is basically: "It's not our problem, figure it out yourself." • If you're looking for good value, forget it. Breakfast = a disgrace • "Breakfast included" is a joke. • Often, there's hardly anything to eat. • No plates, no trays, tiny cups. • You have to keep getting up to get drinks. • No table service. • Frankly, it feels like they don't care about their customers. The 4-star rating on Google Maps is completely fake. If the reviews were honest, this place would have a negative rating. They even charge €3 for welcome biscuits, housekeeping isn't included during your stay (€5 if you want it), toilet paper is also €5, late check-out is €12, and the €8 city tax per night, which is included in the booking, is a real bonus. In short, everything you ask for costs extra. Booking Problems The receptionist, specifically this small, bespectacled man of Indian origin probably, wearing glasses who is clearly arrogant, obviously has no experience in the hotel industry. This guy is arrogant enough to ask you: "Why did you book through an agency? You could have booked for less on our website." But here's the truth: • Many guests who booked directly and paid a deposit were never refunded, even months later. The hotel management is deplorable. • Several thefts from the rooms have been reported. • Management couldn't care less. Personally: • Not for €350. • Not for free. Even if they had the most beautiful terrace in the world (which they don't). And anyway, that terrace is open to everyone. The so-called "French Kiss" restaurant is four times more expensive than other establishments, without any justification for the quality. Final advice: Don't go there. Read the negative reviews carefully. It's better to stay in another hotel—or, let's be honest, in another city—but definitely not here.

I had great experience staying at this hotel. I stayed in a solo room, which I thought has a single bed, but they actually provide you with queen bed. The bed is comfortable and clean. I usually check on every corner of the bed when I stay in a hotel (to avoid bedbugs), and their bed were clean. The room is newly decorated, I love the wall colour and floor pattern. The window has automated shade button, my room window is facing Eiffel! The bathroom was sparkling clean and the interiors are new. The best part of this hotel is: 1. They have amazing bar & restaurant on the top floor with great view of Eiffel. I went there for wine and the staff were very nice too. 2. They have communal kitchen which is very clean. It provides you 2 microwaves (sparkling clean!), water kettles, sink, utensils, plates, bowls, and a fridge. The seatings are indoor and outdoor. I just love how the place is clean! The location is next to Paris Expo. It is not right in the city center but only 4km away from Eiffel, just take metro or bus, still worth it I can say. I will recommend this hotel to others!

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. After the first night, I discovered I had been bitten by bed bugs, over 60 bites all over my body, extremely itchy and painful. Since the windows couldn’t even be opened, I quickly realized it couldn’t have been mosquitoes. When I reported it, I was moved to another room, but the staff told me to simply take all my belongings with me, even though they had been lying on or next to the infested bed. I refused and asked them to wash everything at 60°C while I was at work. They promised it would be done by the time I returned, but of course, nothing had been done. The next morning, three different staff members again promised my clothes would be washed and ready by 6 a.m., yet that promise was also broken. I had no clean clothes for work and had to borrow some. Later that evening, after several failed assurances, the Guest Relations Manager, Hanna, told me my laundry would finally be ready by noon, it was eventually done around 7 p.m. To make matters worse, my suitcase, which I had specifically asked to be cleaned, was simply put back into my room unwashed. When I complained, I was told they had “aired it out” and that it was fine. I had to have it professionally cleaned myself, which cost me €260. Hanna initially agreed that the hotel would reimburse me, but after I sent the invoice and my bank details, she completely stopped responding. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Empty promises, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the cleaning costs. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

There were bedbugs, my friends and I were badly bitten. The bar at the top of the building is pretty cool however there were private functions on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed so no so great really.
