The conditions of the hostel are very bad

I woke up with insect bitemarks and after reading other reviews of this hostel I saw that there are always the same problems and the owner does not mind solving. bugs, the "mattress" is just a foam with a sheet, the bath is cold water that sometimes heats up a little. the only good thing about the place is the friendly staff.

I'm not sure what this hostel is like in the summer but I would not book this in the winter, I felt very uncomfortable as a female solo traveler. The beds were horrible and felt like sleeping on a piece of wood, I would not trust them to hold someone sleeping on the top bunk. The staff were friendly but I had to cut this hostel short and book alternative accommodation because of how uncomfortable I felt which I have never done before. I would not recommend staying here.

This hostel is so bad, I’ve stayed in many Hostels but this one takes the cake for the worst, the staff are so weird and give off weird vibes and you have to take your shoes off at the entrance, the bathroom is dirty and the rooms are a weird design

I would give this hostel 0 stars if I could. I booked this hostel for 4 nights. I will admit I had my dates mixed up and arrived 1 day later than I booked. When I arrived 24hrs late they had charged me >$60 when 1 night is only ~$25 but they had also cancelled all 4 nights of my booking. The manager was rude, mean, and inflexible, telling me it was my fault for not having a local phone plan to call them. Not to mention the 'doorbell' of the hostel to check in goes to no one. The hostel was dirty.They were demanding to let our shoes at the entrance but the floor was not clean. Everybody was walking with bare foot and it smelled bad.The bed was not confortable at all,the pillow deflated as soon as you lay down and became completely flat.On the top of that,i woke up full of red pimples on my foot and hands (and I have photos ofcourse) which as soon as I arrived at my country I visited doctor and said that it was mite bites.I should have asked for refund. Not vfm at all

I didn't stay, and I won't. I'm 32, I could stay. But I can't tolerate discrimination. This hostel doesn't accept people over 40. Among the people I met in many hostels, some of them were over 40, and were probably the most interesting ones. There is no age to be a traveller, there is no age to meet people from around the world. Your narrow-mindedness is a disgrace to the spirit of backpacking.

I have a really bad experience with this hostel, first of all the hostel is hard to find ,there is no sign that show the hostel , the team of the reception were really rude, the beds make noise each movement, the bathroom always dirty, no one cleans it, i saw rats there,it was a very bad Idea that i choose this hostel

Good located hostel. Nice staff, and liked the people who stayed there. The shower could’ve been a bit hotter, and the beds were pretty hard and the bunk bed was especially squeaky. But apart from that I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely hostel in the center of Vilnius. The white guy with the durag was basically never there and looked super bored the two seconds we saw him, but we loved the uruguayan girl!

Cozy hostel in the heart of the old town. The location is really good with many popular places to have a drink even on the same street. This is a very small Hostel (20 beds), they do have social areas and activities, but when it's not full there just isn't the critical mass of people for socializing. Cleanliness could be improved in the showers. The staff was really kind and even great to hang out with.

Feels very home-y and lots of fun on the weekends during the pub crawls! Some of the furniture and bedding is a bit outdated and wobbly, and bathrooms could also be cleaner, but after staying for two nights I did not really mind any of this because the people made it worth it.

I’m so glad I booked this hostel, I had such a great time, very very fun. It feels like a huge family house, I have made amazing friends I wish they will last forever. The common area has a comfortable sofa. The location is very convenient. The lockers in the rooms are falling apart and insecure, they have passive aggressive signs that inform you that they will fine you ridiculous amounts of money for various infractions, the space is overall cramped, there are no curtains or personal lights. It was a very good hostel and in a good location. The whole establishment was very aesthetic and people there were very nice.

A very clean and homely hostel. The beds don't have curtains and are quite squeaky which is worth being aware of but the staff/volunteers were so welcoming and the socialising vibe was lovely in the communal area. I would happily come back.

Paulina, Mantas, Demo (Daemo) and Evan; I can definitely speak for myself and all other guests, that the above people that took care of us at this hostel, made it one of the best experiences ever! It’s a hostel where you think they’re volunteers, but it’s just locals here for the love of meeting great people and the love of this place!

The social atmosphere in this hostel was great. Despite it only being a small hostel, everyone felt welcomed and embraced from the staff and also other guests. Location was awesome and everywhere is super easy to get to

I loved the hostel vibe... the guys at the reception were great. They made our visit like a function, where all the visitors and guests hanged out together, made connections, had beers together, and got to know each other. I loved it.

I had a really bad experience with a guy from the staff. Taking to me in a disrespectful way because I took in the middle of the night a sheet from another bed (room was empty) because my sheet was broken. Learn your staff to have better customer service!

It's a decent hostel, but the beds were so uncomfortable, that I had bad upper back pain the whole time I was there. Sadly I also came at the time where not much was happening in Vilnius, but most of the staff was really nice (shoutout to Sara)!

This was honestly one of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed at. Emma and Sarah were amazing hosts, and the whole place had such a warm and welcoming vibe.
