+ La ubicación

- El servicio y las instalaciones. Llegamos en Enero, mes de calor, y escogí el hotel porque dentro de los que ofrecían, había aire acondicionado. Resulta que el AC no funcionaba, la habitación estaba caliente y cuando se preguntó en recepción para que resuelvan el problema, ya sea reparandolo o cambiando de habitación, la respuesta fue que no se podía ni lo uno ni lo otro. Para colmo, a la mañana siguiente decidimos cambiar la de hotel (teníamos reservado por 3 noches), y ellos no fueron capaces de reembolsar las noches restantes, porque según ellos, el tipo de reserva de booking se los impedía. En resumen, no pudimos dormir bien esa noche y terminamos siendo totalmente estafados por un servicio al cliente nefasto.

+ Absolutely nothing

- Something is fishy about the reviews on booking and google for this place. A room at this place is not worth even $20 per night . Their rooms are old with very old sheets and blankets, the paint of the wall is falling off, the $40 room with shared bathroom didn't have a towel. Qema used to be Selina, I stayed at this place 5 years ago when Selina was just opened and it was fine now it's a decaying hotel! I've traveled to over 50 countries and never in my life have I been told I have to pay extra for a towel. The receptionist had an attitude like he was being forced to be there. Thankfully I got my refund and I didn't have to stay in this slum. I was able to find a better place with even better staff for the same price with a private bathroom about 3 blocks from Qema.

- El servicio del personal malo. La cama tenía manchas de semen. No funcionaba el agua caliente de la ducha. La ducha tenía un hueco con hongos. Cuando ingrese habían cosas cochinas del anterior huésped.

- הצוות בקבלה, סוכם דבר מסוים בערב הכניסה וביום אחרי כשהגעתי לשלם מול פקיד אחר - כאילו לא סוכם דבר יום קודם ועם אפס נסיון לוודא מה באמת סוכם. מלכודת תיירים. מקום ממוסחר ועמוס. מרגיש כמו חדר בתוך קניון. יש המון מקומות נעימים פי כמה מסביב. על qema lima לא ממליצה למחפשים פינה נעימה אחרי טיסה ארוכה.

- Intentaron ingresar a mi habitación a las 2 am cuando me encontraba durmiendo, logrando abrir la puerta a pesar de tener los dos seguros puestos, cuando sobresaltada corrí a la puerta, el hombre que se encontraba en la puerta indicó que era el personal de seguridad del hotel y estaba haciendo un chequeo de seguridad (a las 2am?!), llamé insistentemente al hotel y escribí por WhatsApp y nadie contestaba, luego de un buen rato de temor por mi seguridad y múltiples intentos, contestaron y confirmaron que se trataba del personal del hotel y que había habido un error, a esa hora me vi en la situación de tratar de buscar otro hotel para cambiarme porque obviamente no pude volver a dormir ni descansar tranquila toda la noche y no encontré opciones cercanas disponibles. Cuando revise las puertas porque yo había puesto los dos seguros internos, me di cuenta que si bien lucían modernas y tenían la llave para ingreso electrónico, los marcos y las puertas en sí eran viejas y por ello si alguien las empujaba con fuerza moderada conseguía abrirlas. A la mañana siguiente hice el reclamo y la señorita de recepción indicó que habían cometido un error al asignarme la habitación (lo cual es responsabilidad del hotel), fuera de no asumir que ha sido un error del hotel de principio a fin me responsabilizó por la asignación errada de la habitación indicándome que podía hacer el reclamo donde lo considere necesario. Como cliente Genius de Booking y viajera frecuente nunca me había ocurrido una situación similar en ningún hotel y espero que nadie atraviese por este tipo de experiencias traumáticas difíciles de olvidar.

+ Dat we ons geld terugkregen nadat we de kamer hebben gezien.

- We kregen de sleutel van de kamer rond 15:00, maar toen we op de kamer kwamen bleek deze nog helemaal niet klaar gemaakt te zijn. Het bed was nog niet opgedekt en de vloer lag vol met stof. In het bed zat enorm veel schimmel en de kussen zaten gele vlekken in.

+ Location

- The rooms were not very clean. The shower was boiling hot most of the time and broke down later completely. The staff didn't tell us anything and we were sharing the level with construction workers only and no other backpackers. Also when having breakfast there were only construction workers.

+ De ligging

- Wat mij tegen viel? Hoe smerig de vloer en de gordijnen zijn.. Die foto's zijn enorm oud. Je verwacht een frisse en schone kamer, dit is helaas niet het geval.Wat ik het allerergerste vond Is dat de schoonmaakster gebruik had gemaakt van het toilet en haar sporen heeft achtergelaten, niet eens de moeite heeft genomen om het toilet nadat ze er gebruik van heeft gemaakt schoon achter te laten en ervoor koos om alleen de vuilnisbak te legen.. Toen ik vroeg om de vloer in mijn kamer schoon te maken, kwam er een bezem tevoorschijn. De vloer is zo enorm vies dat dit niet met de bezem schoongemaakt kan worden. De reviews omtrent hoe schoon de kamers zijn vooral niet geloven. Heb je geen andere keuze. Neem je slippers mee,

Badburg is coming out > The room has been upgraded. It's also in that room. So I got a full refund and moved to the accommodation. Please refer to the reservation. I think it will look like a high star rating, so I'll leave 5 points.

+ La ubicación y el desayuno

- La habitación está bien para el precio, pero el primer día omitieron dejar toalla de mano. El mantenimiento de la pintura y mobiliari de la habitación

+ Comfy bed quiet

- Tiny round taps and dodgy pipes made the shower very hard to turn off. The hot water on particular. I had to get staff to do it twice.

+ Very nice location with many good restaurants near by. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

+ Großes Zimmer, viel Platz. Gute Lage

- In der Dusche war Schimmel.

+ The staff was really friendly inside and outside of the establishment—they made you feel welcome. The safe inside the room added extra security and was easy to use.

- The bathroom inside the room did not have the greatest ventilation system so it was kind of humid—it triggered my allergies.

+ Die Lage, das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das in house nikkei restaurant in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird und das Zimmer (hier mit Gemeinschaftsbad)

- Scheinbar waren dieses Mal unachtsame Mitbewohner im Stockwerk, die regelmäßig das Gemeinschaftsbad mit überschwemmten Boden hinterlassen haben. Hier bzw. bei den Gemeinschaftsbädern wäre eine mehrmalige Kontrolle durch den Reinigungsservice erforderlich.

+ La ubicación es excelente y la gente de recepción muy amable. La habitación, a pesar de ser pequeña, es muy cómoda.

- Estuvimos en una habitación con baño compartido. Lo hemos hecho en otros lugares antes y usualmente cuidan mucho la limpieza. Pero aquí, el baño estaba bastante descuidado y no olía muy bien. Además, otro huésped fumaba en el baño (que no tiene ventilación) y cuando entrábamos era una pesadilla.

- Struttura da risistemare, problemi di manutenzione, si presenta un po’ fatiscente

+ ケネディパークの近く。周りにレストランも多数あり、便利な場所。スタッフは親切で、荷物を運んでくれたり、問題にすぐに対応してくれた。

- ホテルというよりもホステルに近い印象。バスルームが変な臭いがした。お湯が出なくて、他の部屋のシャワーを借りたがそこもお湯が出ず、諦めて眠った。外に何かの機会があり、その音で静かに眠れなかった。この部屋でこの料金は高いと思う。

+ L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfaite. Le lit est super confortable. On a apprécié que l’accueil garde nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit disponible.

+ Amazing and stylish bedroom with two beds and an HUGE TV. Location was very good too.

- The room was very warm and during the day the old air condition couldn't keep up. The air condition is also next to one fo the beds, which makes it unconfortable to sleep with the air con on. I'm not sure if it's booking or qema's fault, but the pricing is extremely confusing and the comunication is terrible. We ended up over paying more 30% or so due to taxes and service charges which weren't clearly stated during the booking process. We've been traveling for three months in Peru and stayed all over and this was the only place we had this issue... If it wouldn't be for the price issue, this would be a great place.
