Turtle Hostel

Overall a very nice place to stay. I had a private room which was clean and good facilities. The staff were very nice. As a solo traveller I was booking through hostel world so I could meet other people to explore with, but unfortunately I did not meet such people. If you want a nice quiet place to stay it will be good. Perhaps because I was in a private room I did not meet people and dorms may have been more social.

Great spot in a great location! temple, city palace, waterfront, old town/bazaar all within a 15 minute walk. rooftop view is decent and a nice chill spot for the evenings. the staff were all friendly and accommodating

A wonderful place where the cleanliness, staff, and atmosphere are all top-notch. And for a brilliant price. I stayed in a dormitory which was very well looked after and with comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Nice common room and a brilliant terrace with music played by staff and guests pretty often in the evenings.. It’s a great social place — I’ve been recommending it to people ever since I’ve stayed and I recommend it here too!

This was my very first hostel in Udaipur, and it was a great experience. Sumer was very kind and helpful, he assisted me with my luggage and made sure I felt safe throughout my stay. The hostel felt safe, especially for first-time visitors. There’s also a kitchen available, which is a nice plus. The only area for improvement would be the bed and luggage setup. Prioritising lower bunks for female guests could make it more comfortable, it’s a concept I noticed in another hostel.

Hostel is either new or newly renovated. Good location with a wicked rooftop, was nice that the 10 bed dorms had two bathrooms. Staff were great too!

We stayed at Turtle hostel for 2 nights and we had a great time! The breakfast is delicious, the location is amazing and the staff is awesome! They helped us with everything we needed like ordering tuktuks, getting a sim card and all the other questions we had. It is definitely a reccomendation!

Super lovely family team! Made us feel really welcome. Food is also amazing!! Great location to explore udaipur

Great experience at Turtle Hostel. Definitely recommend the tour. Beds were comfy and rooms cool with air conditioning. Staff was the best part, ran by 3 friends and they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Made us feel like we were at home. Cafe had just opened the day we got there and the food was delicious. Environment was relaxing and inclusive. Got a dorm with my girlfriend and she felt very safe here.

Very good hostel at udaipur near pichola lake . You can stay here and enjoy at night on roof ( rooftop service available) . Nice location and very good and cooperative staff .

Turtle Hostel is a great place to stay in Udaipur! The beds are super comfy and the rooms are cozy. The terrace has a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and the common area is perfect for meeting other travelers and hanging out. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help or chat. It's a good spot to enjoy the city and relax. Location is also convenient, close to the ghats and good eateries. Would definitely recommend!

Ho soggiornato qua da sola come solo traveler e mi sono trovata benissimo! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottima posizione e il posto è molto pulito. La cosa migliore? Lo staff! Son stati molto accoglienti e mi hanno coinvolta in molte attività. Di mattina è possibile fare colazione sul rooftop con vista sulla città e sui laghi. Due parole per questo ostello: atmosfera chill e sicurezza🙃🙃

Absolute gem located just near the lake with the great phenomenal view of the lake from its Rooftoop. ❤️ Comfy beds and super clean washroom Great lads working there. I would definitely recommend everyone. It's best place to stay in Udaipur.
