Bed bugs infestation - I felt I needed to come here so they could change something in that hostel because this is a matter of well-being and bed bags can literally ruin your days. The first thing I noticed when I arrived in the dorm was the poor quality of the mattress. A camping mattress is better than the ones they offer. Super thin and hard. The dorm was fully booked, so all the beds were occupied. I slept that night and next morning I noticed that the bed of the girl was sleeping next to me was gone and I found it strange. I met her at the breakfast lounge and asked her what happened when she showed me both arms full of bed bugs bites - that moment I looked at my arm and I had a bite that I thought to be from a mosquito because it was swollen. that's when I realized I was also attacked by bed bugs, but I had an allergic reaction that caused big swollen from bites in my arms, back, hands, ass, and even face. Another girl came to me and said that her bed was also infected by the bugs and at this moment I was "wtf, why do they let us sleep in that room knowing that?" So it was when I talked to the managers who seemed to be "surprised" that I also found bugs in my bed, and even showing the bites in my body they acted as if that was not from bed bugs. So we go together to the room, one of them took my mattress out and I saw lots of holes in it. really really poor conditions, I don't know how they dare to give us something like that to sleep and is not surprising that the bugs are making a living on it. I also talked to two more people that woke up with bites, coming from another room, so nobody brought the bugs, as one of the managers was trying to convince me. they live in that hostel and they should take more responsibility and change all the mattresses and pesto control all rooms. I also had to sleep on the floor next night, spent more than 600 bath with medication and at any moment they offered me a refund.

Chill hostel with a nice view but had bedbugs and a Mouse in my room...also the walk back to the hostel can get pretty scary at night for a female solo traveler

It was just ok. Maybe could be better if each bed has more privacy with curtains. Also I missed a individual light in each bedroom. They didn't have yoga instructor, so the value for me to do a reservation was to do some yoga classes and I couldn't do it. Bit further.... around 15min from the centre. Finally the last day one girl told me in her bed there were bed bugs and the day after when I woke up, I found one bed bug in my hand....

Woke up covered in bedbugs. Disgusting and annoying. Staff are nice Sunsets really pretty The rooster screams every morning at 7 am and ppl can be loud at night tbh

Best staff in a hostel ever, so very kind Vibes are so chill i loved it Please try the food its fantastic I found bed bugs on my mattress when I checked in so I moved to a different bed and informed staff Only stayed for one night and it was very peaceful Perfect place to stay for a perfect Pai sunset.

Really nice place with a good view and yoga deck. Biggest issue was I was warned about bedbugs from a couple girls staying in my room and said most of them are leaving because of it. I asked about it to the staff in who essentially applied they were making it up. the next night I was awaken by a couple shouting about bed bugs all over their bed and bags. Which unfortunately was also found on all our beds so we all had to sleep outside (its extremely cold at night outside even wearing eveything)
