Honestly, this was the worst place we've experienced in Vietnam. In the end we checked out after one night because it was so vile. It was in an un-maintained building, separate from the hostel and bungalows, above the workshop for their scooter rental. Loud, humid (air con and fan didn't work) and very unclean. A random guy even tied to enter our room and next doors, later climbing up the balcony to get into the next door room. Such a disappointment, we cut our losses and went straight on to Hue

Nice hotel, but would not recommend for a backpacker as it’s not social at all. Great breakfast and great location.

Great value for money. Very clean and super helpful staff, she gave me great recommendations for things to do on my own. The pool and the back garden are perfect for relaxing after long adventure days in Phong Nha.

wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war wirklich toll und hat alles für uns gebucht: Ausflüge, Nachtbusse etc. wir wurden wirklich familiär aufgenommen!

Really enjoyed my stay here!! very nice rooms with AC, a fan, a fridge, kettle, and hot water in the bathroom. The staff are also very very nice :)

I had a nice stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean, and showers were hot. The staff were nice, and helped me organise both a tour in Phong Nha and my transport onwards to Ninh Binh. They were also flexible with other small requests.

This is a great hotel and brilliant value for money. Clean room with AC that works well and great water pressure. Really friendly and funny owners who speak good English. Bong helped us arrange a bus to Hue at a good price with pickup directly outside, as well as bike rental. There is a really well-maintained pool area with lots of seating. Also the included breakfast is really good, we loved the pancakes and coffee.

Perfect hotel in a great area. Very walkable to everything you could need and a lot of buses stop off right outside. The rooms were perfect for what we were looking for, and it was a very peaceful sleep. We didn’t try the pool as it was raining the whole time we were there but it did look fantastic and well looked after. The breakfast was good also for what it was and a very good price. Really helpful staff that speak reasonable English. Very conscientious about making sure you get what you need, to tours on time and back safely. I had a room on the third floor overlooking the street with a balcony for a very reasonable rate that included breakfast. I had the banana pancakes with honey and they were the best I have had in Vietnam after trying them at several places over a three week period. I gave them my laundry after getting back around 8:30pm and it was ready by 8 next day.

Great value for money. Nice room, nice staff and great location for good food. Staff are very helpful in choosing the best tours to do and the best spots to go visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone coming to visit.
