Privates Doppelzimmer gebucht, plötzlich steht ohne Klopfen jemand im Zimmer und will dort schlafen. Null Privatsphäre, null Sicherheit. Erst nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung gab das Personal den Fehler zu. Unsichere Lage: Gegenüber ein Park, aus der Küche Blick auf Schlafplatz eines Obdachlosen. Frühstück fade, Küche dreckig, Bad ist eine Nasszelle und Toiletten werden auf dem Gang geteilt. Von 11–15Uhr sind alle Zimmer gesperrt: kein Zutritt, kein Duschen oder Ausschlafen. Nie wi...
Private double rooms booked, suddenly standing without knocking somebody in the room and wants to sleep there. Null privacy, zero security. Only after submitting the booking confirmation did the staff admit the error. Uncertain Location: Opposite a park, from the kitchen Blick on a homeless person's sleeping place. Breakfast fade, kitchen dirty, Bad is a Nasszelle and toilets are shared on the aisle. From 1115Uhr all rooms are locked: kein Zutritt, kein Duschen or Ausschlafen. Nie wieder
Très bonne expérience. Seul déception serai d’avoir louer une chambre rein privative avec deux lit simple côté acote sur la photo et avoir eu en réalité un lit tiroir où se trouver le deuxième matelas en dessous. Assez bruyant pour raisons des autres clients
The only disappointment will be to have rented a private bedroom with two single beds on the side in the photo and to have actually had a drawer bed where the second mattress is underneath.
Didn’t feel secure. Bad customer service unless when asking for ice. Kitchen was decent but staff was pretty annoying. Walked into my room without knocking, twice… said they were looking for someone who broke in to the hostel and was wondering around
Die Möglichkeit was zu richtiges zu kochen hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit
I really enjoyed the opportunity to cook properly, and the staff was very helpful.

Un lieu idéalement placé pour qui ne connait pas Bordeaux proche de la gare SNCF et routière. Petit dej généreux Et enfin, personnel très disponible et agréable. Merci, je reviendrai !
A place ideally placed for those who do not know Bordeaux near the SNCF station and bus route. small generous place and finally, very helpful and nice staff. thank you, I will come back !
Très belle auberge de jeunesse ! Le personnel est très accueillant et répond à toutes nos attentes. L'établissement est très propre, le petit déjeuner est varié. L'auberge est calme la nuit. Si je dois ajouter un bémol est lorsque nous entrons dans la salle de bain, il est difficile de poser nos affaires sans qu'elle ne tombe. Peut-être ajouter un petit tabouret ? Auberge à recommander. Bravo à l'équipe !
Nice hostel ! the staff is very welcoming and meets all our expectations. the establishment is very clean, the breakfast is varied. the hostel is quiet at night. if i have to add a touch is when we enter the bathroom, it is difficult to put down our things without it falling. maybe add a small stool ? hostel to recommend. very good job to the team !
Arrived late and the worker was very kind, disappoint in the room with the lack of curtains and airflow although the window opened a crack and there was a small fan, made up for it with the great service and good vibe of the place

super auberge, le personnel était super accommodant et très gentil.
La única cosa que no me gustó de mi estancia fue el desayuno, había muy poca variedad y las cosas que se acababan no las reponían. Creo que debería especificarse en qué consiste el desayuno incluido. De ahí en más todo perfecto, me volvería a hospedar :)
The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the breakfast, there was very little variety and the things that ended up not being replaced. i think it should be specified what the included breakfast consists of. from there on plus todo perfecto, i would stay again:)
This hostel is well kept, very clean and the staff were all friendly its just very unsocial if your wanting to meet other travellers

The guy at the reception was very kind to me and helped me to get out of the hostel at 4:30 am in the morning. The hostel was very clean and my roommates were friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Thanks for everything!
