MEININGER Geneve Centre Charmilles

in response to my earlier post: BUG BITES! WARNING! my wife got 6 bites at night. when we told the manager the next morning, they did nothing. didn't even change the sheets. this is a HOSTEL not a hotel. the bed is comprised of two single beds pushed together. the response from management was: "As soon as we received your report, our Housekeeping Manager immediately inspected the room in accordance with our protocol and found no signs of bed bugs." there were clearly some bugs in the room or else no bites would have occurred. the "inspection" involved not touching or moving the bed sheets, not changing the bed sheets or cleaning the room in any way (!!). there was no offer to change rooms or even inform the other staff members as to the situation. this is a horribly run hostel - DO NOT STAY HERE! the worst customer service ever imaginable.

stay away from here they have bed bugs, they didn’t let me change the room were it was impossible to sleep. not real human hospitality they are like machines cold blooded

A terrible place to stay, my father and I got bed bugs. My father got bed bugs on his arm and I got it on my legs. Stay away from here
