Plug Inn Montmartre by Hiphophostels

The female staff are friendly and kind. The bread served for breakfast is delicious. The location is close to a lot of attractions. A few nights in I noticed several bed bug bites. I notified staff and they changed my room but would not allow for a refund. The room I was in before had 3 bunk beds crammed into a tiny space. The bunk beds are against the windows making it hard to open them when it is hot. The room was quite uncomfortable and stuffy due to this. I will not stay again because of the stress of the bed bug bites and discomfort from the rooms.

The female staff were very lovely and the bread served for breakfast was delicious. I felt that this location was convenient to many spots. However, a couple days in I woke up with bed bug bites on my arm. This negatively impacted my stay and I was very stressed out. I notified staff and they changed my room but would not allow for a refund. The room I stayed in during the bed bug bites was very small with beds blocking the windows so got very hot with no AC.

I stayed this hostel with my friend in October 2018 and I still remember how bad my stay was. They had an excellent breakfast and was located in great location. Unfortunately, THEY HAD BED BUG. It was my very first and the last bed bug bite so far. I suffered for months after coming back to the states. Terrible place to stay. I used to love to stay in hostel until staying this one. Not anymore.
