Die Kapseln sind dünne wie Papier. Zwischen die Pieptone von den Schranken und respektlose Mitreisende die bis 2 Uhr morgens einfach im Zimmer quatschten konnte ich gar nicht schlafen. Und war morgens wach wie eine wütende Zombie. Noch mehr dazu: die Schranke funktioniert am Anfang gar nicht , musste 3 mal hin und her laufen um die Karte zu wechseln. Es gibt zwei Gebäude, im Treppe Haus einer davon roch es nach Kotze. Insgesamt, für 41 Euro eine der enttäuschendsten Hostel Übernachtunge...
The worker wasn’t friendly, the room was a bit dirty, and hard to get to. We did not enjoy our time there.
Not a very nice place. Took hours to check in, there was a mistake with my booking because. Staff was unfriendly and let me wait while he helped all others who arrived later with their self check-in. Some other guy was sent away even though he had a reservation because apparently it was full. The capsules are nice but when I locked it from inside the guy from hostel opened it up from outside without knocking or explaining what was going on. Didn’t really feel safe. No vibes at all. Location ok
The USB port surged and I woke up to smoke in my pod. Be careful.
Bei Ankunft gab es direkt technische Fehler , konnten unsere Zimmer nicht beziehen, weil das Schloss defekt war. ( Trotz Buchung 2 Wochen vorher ) Uns wurden dann Schlafkapseln angeboten, welche wir uns nicht näher angeschaut haben ,da in dem Großraum von dem Mitarbeitern drin geraucht wurd e. Hat alles nach kalten Aschenbecher gerochen. Einfach nur widerlich. Hygienische Zustände, kann ich sonst nicht beurteilen, habs mir nicht angeschaut. Werde nicht wieder kommen.
At arrival there were direct technical errors , could not occupy our rooms because the lock was defective. (Despite Booking 2 weeks before) We were then offered sleeping capsules, which we did not look at, because in the Großraum were smoked by the staff. Everything smelled of cold ashtrays. Simply just refreshing. Hygienische Conditions, I can not judge otherwise, have not looked at me. Would not come again.

Trotz rechtzeitiger Stornierung und Telefonate mit dem Mitarbeiter, der mir versichert hat, dass meine Kreditkarte nicht belastet würde, wurde meine Visa belastet. Es liegt email Verkehr dazu vor. Ich bitte um sofortige Korrektur.

Ich kann diese „Unterkunft“ auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! Meine Buchung wurde mitten in der Nacht um 0.48 Uhr kommentarlos gekündigt, nachdem vorher mit dem Hotel abgesprochen wurde, dass 24/7 Self Check-In möglich sei und wir die ganze Nacht anreisen können. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte am nächsten Morgen sehr unfreundlich, schon leicht aggressiv und hat uns die Schuld dafür gegeben. Das Geld für die Nacht hab ich bis heute nicht wiederbekommen, das Hotel reagiert nicht auf jegliche N...
I can't recommend this accommodation under any circumstances! my booking was cancelled in the middle of the night at 0.48 am without comment, after having previously agreed with the hotel that 24/7 Self Check-In is possible and we can travel all night. the employee reacted the next morning very unfriendly, already slightly aggressive and blamed us for it. the money for the night ha ha i not recovered to this day, the hotel does not respond to any messages
Booking in was terrible, I had trouble with registering my card, I thought it hadn't worked as I couldn't get in, I called the WhatsApp number, no answer first time then after getting an answer the help person on the line was snappy and patronising. 7am 2 days later someone is trying to push their way into my pod and some unknown random is asking me what I am doing saying it is not my pod, my booking confirmation email said room 4, and i was repeatedly being told i was wrong! "Room 8, room 8!
Guter Aufenthalt, alles sauber und genug Platz in der Kapsel. Nur die Rezeption war nicht direkt zu finden.

I felt very unsafe. No staff on-site, unreliable contact options, and check-in required a phone. My phone almost died, which would’ve left me without a bed. My card opened the wrong room, raising serious security concerns. Loud techno music and marijuana smell came from a rave on level 1, which was locked when I tried to check. The experience felt inhuman and disconnected, where affordable options seem to come at the cost of basic human interaction. (Limited writing space prevents more detail...

An sich alles perfekt...riesengroße Schränke und sehr sauberes Bad und WC....einzig negative, was es aber nicht ganz unwichtig ist....Matratzen von Kapsel sehr sehr dünn...ich mit 80kg habe gefühlt am Boden geschlafen, weil die 10cm Matratze zu dünn war.
Everything turned out perfect...huge cabinets and very clean Bathroom and WC....a very negative, which is not entirely unimportant....Mattress von Capsel very very thin...I felt at 80kg sleeping on the floor, because the 10cm Mattress was too thin.

Die Duschkabinen und WC nicht getrennt zu haben ist ein gigantisches minus. Ansonsten sehr angenehm.
The fact that the shower rooms and the toilet are not separate is a huge minus.

everything is perfect, there are books, table sets, desk, lamp, etc. But add windows in the bathrooms, because they have a salty smell.

Super unique hostel! If you're looking for a hostel in karlsruhe this is the one. Loved the space theme and the capsule lighting! Even has a table inside for reading/journaling. The complimentary breakfast is simple but appreciated. I was dumb/tired checking in so i had to call the front desk and he helped me fix my mistake easily! It is quite loud on the street so if you are a light sleeper, might be rough. And my capsule door wouldnt actually lock, but i didnt think anyone would try to open it

Had a good time here, definitely a different experience to other hostels but having the pod space to yourself is really nice. The guy who runs it needs more support and this meant he wasn’t always about to help if there were any issues and his customer service wasn’t always great, but considering he was doing it all himself, he was a great host, would definitely stay again.
Gastvrijheid top! De gastheer Isak, toffe gast! Bij aankomst in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte; koffie, thee en versnaperingen (fruit!). Keuken met alle benodigdheden, cabines zijn proper en voorzien van alle gemakken. Douche was heerlijk! Stortdouche! Ik kon mijn spullen nog bij hem achterlaten om naar het Postkantoor te gaan, kortom extra hoge score! Het allerbeste Isak! Misschien een volgende! Groet uit Nederland

Der Check-In war problemlos, mit den Daten aus der Email hat es wunderbar funktioniert. Kurze Verwirrung gab es für mich dann beim Weg zum Zimmer, da es nicht direkt von der Rezeption aus erreichbar war, sondern neben dem Imbiss 20m weiter rechts von der Rezeption aus gesehen war. Danach ging es in den 3.Stock (ohne Aufzug) und dort war direkt der Schlafsaal. Beim Check-In musste man sich unbedingt die Nummer seines Bettes merken, sonst wäre man aufgeschmissen. Checking in was a real pain. Had to help people because instructions were very unclear and there was an error on the check-in screen. I also had issues with ventilation in my cabin, leading to a 28°C cabin. That being said, the place was clean and spacious.
