Good looking rooms as it was a former hotel but it's now a hostel. The breakfast is terrible, some of the staff struggle and any argument, they just give you the card of the manager. The worst bit is my best was infested by bed bugs. When I told them, they just said complain. I can tell they're trying, but would I stay there again? I'm not sure.

Most front desk staff have the tendencies to not look or greet guests at all. Some are downright rude. The only staff who was friendly and helpful to us was Maggie. The rudest was Manos (not sure if I got it right; he has dark facial hair) who was dismissive, and he even said "I'm busy!" loudly towards another staff in front of me, a customer. Housekeeping was sloppy and seemed to lack basic hygiene training. One day I caught them putting a stack of pillow sheets and bedsheet near where my suitcase was, with some touching the wheels of my suitcase. My cup and glass were not washed. Another day, my pillows were stacked on top of the sofa. With recent news about bedbugs infestation they should be more mindful about these things. Shower glass is transparent and the person showering is visible from the bed. There was no glass transparency technology like in many other Novotels.
