Hakuna Matata Plovdiv

Well Ifor the complications from been bitten savagely dont know when this horror show will end. Muy medoical bill is in excess of 275 Euros fro thme resident bed bugs at this hostel My docter has never seem such effects from these creatures , swellings and terrible , terrible scratching. .seemss like the bigs at this hostel are particsappartemt venemous they folled me back to my apaprtement in Liverpool, and in spite of 2 sprayings are considerable cost , the proble is not gone . Bad place

worst hostel I have been to in my travels. was here 3 years ago but something has changed kitchen is filthy, mould, stained cupboards and grimey everywhere. receptionist was always on phone to friends and would put you second if you needed anything. She gave no information about any of the facilities. We were given one shower between 3 dorm rooms of which doubled up as a toilet. I paid to get my clothes washed by her and they back dirty and damp. Upstairs is disgusting and got bed bugs & dodgy

Bedbugs! I stayed one night and on the bus i noticed i had bedbug bites

This place is overrun with BEDBUGS. The volunteers are very kind and said they had vacuumed. That will not work! The entire place needs to be treated. They did move all of us from one room that had a lot of them to another building but he had us cancel our reservation here so we couldn’t write a review online. Please check for bugs before staying somewhere! Luckily we didn’t stay overnight. Bedbugs are not just restricted to one room, especially with the socializing that happens here!!

Bed bugs in beds, no security, showers and toilets gross. Beds hard as rock and no privacy.

The staff was really nice, but the hostel is infested with bed bugs. We woke up with bites and found some live bed bugs in the kitchen and in the dorm rooms. The staff did issue a refund immediately, which we appreciated.

The people there were nice but! My main problem was bed bugs! Next day (thankfully i stayed just one night because the weather was bad in plovdiv) i noticed i had bite makes from bed bugs on my arms and legs. Another issue i had was pictures not matching the reality- i chode this place because in the pictures u can see little curtains around beds but it wasnt in my room or others ive seen there also i booked a 6person room which looked bigger but was in a 4 person small one

staff was very good, as well as the breakfast. It's also a good place to meet people. However, after two days there I'm covered in pretty sure flea or bedbug bites.

The hostel has bed bugs. I came back from this hostel with bites all over my body. How can this be possible and accepted!! I have been living in a fear that I may have carried some bugs back home. It is not easy to get rid of these bugs.
