Happy Porto Hostel

Las camas tienen ácaros , el dueño es grosero, falta de respeto y no devolvió el dinero del día que no se consumió por cual de su lugar tan insalubre. Al realizar el reclamo salió otro huésped a quejarse por la misma situación a lo que el dueño alego que esos chinches lo traía yo. Pero ante está situación como puede decir que ambas que no nos quedamos en una misma habitación estábamos en la misma situación, aparte de INSALUBRE, ROBAN EL DINERO , no me regresaron el dinero pagado por el día que no se consumió.

I’m reporting a serious issue with bed bugs during my stay. Despite my request, I’ve received no refund, and I’ve been mistreated throughout this process. I’ve also spoken with other guests who experienced the same issue. The manager blamed me for the bed bug issue, even though, another guest was also reported to be affected by the same issue in a different dorm. Very disappointed and frustrated!

I’ve stayed at the hostel for 3 nights and had an overall good impression of the property and staff itself. Unfortunately, there was a bed bug incident in my room and another one. The situation wasn’t handled well in the beginning but - as far as I know - was taken seriously in the end. As other visitors’ve said: Kitchen is quite small, there’s only the entrance hall that functions as a common area and the rooms are a bit cramped. Overall the hostel seemed cleaner than other hostels I’ve stayed in, location

Bed bugs!!!!!! I got completely bitten one night here. Honestly great hostel but give it like a week if youre tryna stay here right now. I could see the bugs walking around 😭😭😭
