We stayed at this hotel as part of a school trip, and it was an absolute disaster. One of my classmates was bitten by bedbugs and ended up with huge bite marks all over his body – completely unacceptable! Even after this incident, nothing was done about it. The rooms were never cleaned during our entire stay, making everything dirty and unhygienic. The buffet was just as bad – tasteless, cold, and absolutely awful. On top of that, there’s a ridiculous rule that you’re not allowed to visit other rooms after 10 PM. This is absurd and makes no sense, especially for a school trip. Overall, a terrible experience – never again! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was staying at room 114 and every morning I would notice big bites on my skin. I told one of the hotel clerks to ask the cleaning lady to change my bed sheets but when I arrived the bed sheets were not changed. I stayed one more night in that room only to notice more bites the next morning. Then I expressed my concern to the manager that the room might have bed bugs. They did change my room finally and the next room was ok. I spent 2 more nights in the new room and I did not experience new bites. Upon leaving the hotel, I asked to talk to the manager about the issue and ask for compensation for the costs to clear my clothes and suitcase since they might be contaminated from the first room but they not only didn't let me talk to the manager the clerk also told me that they cannot store my luggage as it might be contaminated by bed bugs!!! In the end I got angry and they did collect my luggage and asked my number for the manager to call me but I never received a call! I had to take my whole luggage to a professional dry cleaner to get rid of potential bed bugs which has cost me a lot.
