Bar sight of the worst hostel in town. Bed bug alert!!!

Terrible hostel! They have BED BUGS and when we told them about them, the hostel owner just laughed at us and said ”everybody has them and they won’t bite you”. The worst customer service we’ve had in 6 months in South America. They didn’t even refund all of our money, but took 10% for theirself and we didn’t even get to sleep there for a night. Every hostel we’ve seen or had bed bugs have fully refunded our stay with no problems. The room was next to the street which people use as a toilet and a fish market next to the hostel. The room smells so bad. The kitchen is tiny. Too small for more than 2 persons and the kitchen equipment are in horrible shape. The pans will probably give you cancer if you use them. Kids running and shouting all the time. Not a place to relax. Do yourself a favor and dont ruin your vacation. Go somewhere else. Just 100m away there is a super nice hostel that treats the customers like they should and is super clean and nice.
