Gili La Boheme

Der erste Eindruck war ok. Zimmer viel zu klein& nachts viel zu laut. Abends haben wir dann leider eine Bettwanze in unserem Zimmer entdeckt. Drei Mitarbeiter wollten uns weiß machen, dass es keine sei. Am nächsten Morgen war die Rezeptionistin sich nicht mehr so sicher. Da wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln konnten, haben wir die zweite Nacht erstattet bekommen. Wir tragen seit Tagen die Bedbugs mit uns herum und finden die erste Reaktion komplett unprofessionell

Overall not recommended. Stayed there last week when i booked la boheme Mini (daughter hostel) which was overbooked, they told me to come to their mother hostel la boheme. My roommates had the same problem and i met a guy who had to sleep in the common area on a matress because of the same problem. The music is blasting every evening till about 11:15pm even though there is no real party going on. They have Events every evening but both of them during my two nights stay got cancelled because not enough people showed up. Beds are ok, i only had few stains in the linen and thank god no bed bugs. Unfortunately there were only three lockers in the four bed dorm. At the same time the ac is extremely loud making the sound of very strong wind. The bamboo ladders to get to the top beds are quite dangerous and look like they could break every second. My roommates were very nice and the breakfast ok. Because of the blasting music every evening and the ongoing overbooking not recommended. It's worth to pay the few idr more to have a single room in a better establishment.

Please don’t go here!! There are so many bedbugs! I saw them literally walking on my bed. The staff was very weird about it and didn’t even mind that we wanted our money back for another hotel

This hostel was very dirty. I got bed bug bites from the dirty sheets and slept on an old creaky bed in a room with only a slow moving fan which they call air conditioning. There were no windows in my room so it was sweltering hot and mosquitoes were buzzing around me at night. Worst hostel experience I’ve had yet.

Bed bugs! We made an reservation for this hostel and came there, but beds on the room were full of bed bugs. We tried to change the room but there was same issue in all of the rooms. Staff was nice anyway and we got our money back, cause we had to go to another hostel instead. We informed employees about the bed bugs, but they only swiped the floor, and didn’t even change the sheets.

Overall the place has potential, it has a nice chilling area and pool to meet with people. Sadly we saw bedbugs and changed a couple of times rooms. The staff didnt seem to do anything about it. Also you should know the moskee is next to the hostel and without earplugs you hear them sing during the night pretty loud.
