+ Didn’t like anything, the staff are rude

- The place is filthy, the sheets were stained, air conditioning unit was leaking and the staff are rude. DO NOT STAY HERE

+ The property was dirty, the air conditioning unit was leaking, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the place was utterly filthy

- There were prostitutes arguing in the lobby, police arrived and arrested 2 people

- Extremely disappointing stay. The toilet was blocked and never properly fixed. Housekeeping simply didn’t clean the room at all, despite being scheduled. The TV stand was broken and clearly hadn’t been checked or maintained. To make things worse, the man at reception was completely useless and offered no help or solutions when issues were reported. Poor maintenance, poor service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- The room floor was not cleaned , in bathroom water was stuck no room service done by hotel, no one supporting for check in and checkout , the very bad behavior to my family

+ The hotel staff are rude, they are not friendly, the WiFi was not working well, the TVwas not working, we even complained, but they didn't respond. We didn't meet people with this behaviour before

- A Health Hazard Disguised as a Hotel - Avoid at All Costs Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/10 - If zero were possible) This hotel is not merely bad—it is a profound health risk, an insult to the hospitality industry, and the single worst accommodation experience of my life. My friend and I booked this stay specifically because he needed a clean, restful environment before a major surgery in Bangkok. What we encountered was the exact opposite. Deceptive & Unethical Check-In: We arrived early, having informed the hotel in advance (a message they ignored). Initially told the room wasn't ready, we were then suddenly offered early access for an extra 200 Baht in cash, on top of the 1000 Baht deposit already paid. This immediate demand for under-the-table cash was a glaring red flag. Squalid, Unhygienic Conditions: The "ready" room was not cleaned. Dust covered every surface. Upon lying down, my friend felt insects crawling from the bed into his hair. Horrified, we lifted the mattress to find a layer of filth, thick dust, and—used condoms. This is not "unclean"; it is a biohazard. It is utterly unacceptable for any human being, let alone someone preparing for surgery. The replacement room offered after a complaint was only marginally better. The windows appeared not to have been washed since the 1980s. The entire property is dilapidated, crumbling, and frankly, should be condemned. Non-Existent Amenities & Safety Hazards: The pool was dirty with a broken ladder. For all guests, there were only two broken sun loungers. The Wi-Fi did not function anywhere. Housekeeping cleaned my room only 2 times under my whole stay even i had the sign up to clean my room every day.The hotel is a monument to neglect. Appalling, Heartless Staff: The staff possess zero English skills, zero customer service understanding, and zero empathy. They were utterly indifferent to our legitimate distress over the filthy conditions. Their final act of malice?

+ I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. After spending time on transportation and incurring taxi fares to arrive here in the evening, I was abruptly informed that the hotel was fully booked. What’s more, the hotel offered no compensation whatsoever and transferred my reservation to another lower-grade hotel without my prior consent.

- The hotel, due to its own mistake, informed me that it was fully booked and refused to check me in when I arrived. I was strongly forced to move to another lower-grade affiliated hotel of theirs. The front desk staff pretended not to understand my request to speak to the manager. What made it even worse was that while I was forced to book another hotel, the staff still proceeded to check in other customers who arrived later than me, and at the same time, they refused to allow me to cancel my reservation free of charge.

- พนักงานบริการแย่มาก ห้องนอนมีนำ้ซึมเข้ามาจากห้องนำ้ ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างแย่มาก ไปเช็คอิน เรท30นาทีแต่พนักงานบอกห้องยังยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ ไม่มีการขอโทษ ไห้ไปรอ1ชั่วโมงแล้วค่อยมาอีก พอจะยกเลิกก็เหมือนโยนทุกอย่างให้ทาง Booking ไปวกเลิกหรือติดต่อเอง

+ It was in a good location not too far away from all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was also an empty bonus that there was a pool on the roof which was a nice area to relax in.

- We had a mini apartment it would’ve been nice to have a fridge. We had to keep the Aircon on really cool to keep everything cold that we purchased from the shops. We also couldn’t get the TV to work.

+ It was okay for the price. The room I had was large. Cleaning was done very well each day. Good food in the restaurant and cold beer for sale at the desk. Nice pool

- The hot water unit in my room had a mind of its own. Road noise can be a bit loud at some times.

- Konstig pool, svårt att klättra ner i vattnet. Alldeles för varmt vatten. Kändes lite ofräscht.
