I will be requesting a refund. I was overcharged checking in, the price was higher than what Hostelworld promised us and what the reservation email stated. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom lock was broken, and the shower barely produced any warm water. The bathroom tap barely produced cold water and the AC was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. The elevator did not work. The mattress and pillows were filthy: stained yellow. I am very disappointed.

Room was dirty. Towels changed 2 days later. The soaps were bad. Shower was dirty and small. Overall good location.

This was a bad experience. The only good part is that it’s close to the train station. The bedding and the towels had what seemed like dried blood on it, the room reeked of cigarette, the bathroom was dirty. The price is way too high. I strongly suggest to find someplace else to stay.

Alright for somewhere close to the station to sleep for the night, but it's not somewhere you'd want to stay. The room smelt of cigarettes the whole of our stay (an unfortunate 4 nights) and the shower had black mould which was very prominent under the shower mat. Also booked room for 2 ensuite and room for 3 shared, but we're given room for 2 shared and room for 3 ensuite which wasn't a problem for us (group of 5 friends), but shows we weren't given the correct rooms we had booked.

Next to termini so great location Good for one night emergency stay maybe if u have a train to catch but the smell and lack of facilities makes it very hard to stay longer..not much social life, smell of smoke in corridor..u can see they clean it but eveything in the entire building from structure to room furniture to even blankets are from 50+ yrs ago with zero update..not even a kettle to boil some water in the morning, toilets are clean but hard to use as the flush tank takes 15 mins to fill

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de la gare, des bus de ville et de bons petits restaurants. Le bâtiment, par contre, est vraiment décrépit et ne donne pas envie, mais bon, comme c'est réservé, on y va quand même... L'accueil est très sympathique. La chambre, dans son jus, tout comme la salle de bain (baignoire repeinte avant d'avoir été poncée....) est spacieuse et très propre.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, being close to Rome Termini, which makes it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The toilet bowl was visibly dirty and appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned. Additionally, there was a persistent odor from the bathroom that lingered in the room, which was quite unpleasant. This significantly affected the overall experience of my stay. I would recommend improving the hygiene standards to other future stays more comfortable.

Very well-located hostel just a few minutes from Termini station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect place for a short stay in Rome!

Es la segunda vez que reservo en Roxena. La cercania a Termini es fundamental para tomar metro y trenes. Las camas confortables y el echo que puedas dejar las valijas en seguridad es un plus. Volveria otra vez

Pokud potřebujete někde přespat 1-2 noci, tak to asi stačí, víc ne Měla jsem zaplevelený pokoj se společným záchodem, dali mi ale s vlastním bez žádného doplatku. Pan na recepci byl velmi příjemný, furt se usmíval, byl ochotný s něčím poradit a dokonce i mají nabíječky na recepci, které mohou půjčit na ty 2 noci co tam budete. Obrovskou nevýhodou jsou ale zdi… jsou hrozně tenké a slyšela jsem úplně všechno, každé spláchnutí záchodu atd, no a výhled z ...

The kind gentleman who mans the desk at Roxena House was absolutely 4 star-worthy. He told me where to find a food market, he offered coffee in the morning which he'd made, he explained how things worked and was generous. The hotel is near the station which can be a big help if you need to travel. It is clean and very basic. It has a one-star rating, but the personal touch makes a huge difference when you're traveling.

Todo bien limpio con buena ubicacion solo qué la persona qué atiende en la noche es rato le falta tomar clases de atención a clientes por eso no le daré un 10 un señor de edad mayor si te sabe atender pero a él lo vi solo en la mañana pero el lugar bien

We found 2 bed bugs in our bed and one cockroach in the Bathroom. The bed was really hard. Since it is one of the cheapest options we found you get what you pay for.

Die lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Bahnhof. Es gibt zwei Kritikpunkte: die dusche war sehr dreckig, die Wände waren sehr schmutzig, und die Matratze sehr alt.

Solo dormimos una noche, primera vez en hostel, pero sin dudas volvería alli. Limpio, ordenado y tranquilo para dormir. Fuimos en fanilia y tuvimos una habitacion con baño privado. Llegamos a la madrugada y hacia recepcion. Excelente todo! Super amables! Nos guardaron el equipaje por un par de horas sin costo!

Foi uma boa hospedagem, excelente custo benefício e boa localização.A limpeza do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar, principalmente do banheiro, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Os funcionários foram muito educados e proativos. Vale a pena!
