- Tardaron 1 semana en contestar nuestro mail para darnos el ok a la llegada a las 10h y luego no aparecieron(íbamos con dos niños!!!) Y tuvimos que irnos, después de habernos levantado a las 3 de la madrugada. Si no llega a a ser por Paola de booking que les levantó una sanción, nos quedamos en la calle.....

- Proprietarul nu a rapsuns la telefon, am ajuns la cazare si am stat in fata hotelului. A trebuit sa primim un alt numar la care a raspuns, dar foarte greu. Ii era greu sa ne de-a indicatii in privinta cheilor ca erau in black box? Nu se face asa ceva!

- I strongly advise against booking this property. We reserved a stay for September 30–October 2, 2025. The listing stated that check-in was possible from 14:00. On the day of arrival, we tried contacting the property from the morning onward—by phone (the number provided after booking), through Booking.com messages, WhatsApp, and SMS. The phone number was unreachable, and none of our messages were read. In the evening, worried about being left without accommodation—especially since we were travelling with two children—we cancelled the reservation and booked a room at a hotel instead. When we finally checked into the new hotel after 8 PM, we suddenly received a message saying that our room was waiting for us. The reservation was non-refundable, and the apartment owner refused to waive the cost, even though we were unable to check in through no fault of our own. Booking.com also did not help. As a result, we ended up paying twice for accommodation in Rome. I do not recommend this property. The amount of stress was enormous, and in all our years of travelling, we have never been treated this way.

- Gestori introvabili perché il numero telefonico fornito era errato, per messaggio me ne è stato mandato un altro sbagliato, LE CAMERE NON SONO SEPARATE MA SU SOPPALCO E UNA PORTA SCORREVOLE DI PLASTICA MEZZA ROTTA PER L'ALTRA CAMERA, NON C'È NESSUNA PRIVACY!!! Avremmo preferito averlo specificato prima. Acqua calda latitante, non sempre c'era

- Everything else. The staff confirmed luggage storage but they do NOT offer it. On arrival day they messaged us after check in time with check-in information, there was no hot water the entire time, the bathtub was dirty, and they told me they’d waive the cash tax fee if I wrote a good review. Horrible, horrible place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

- Not much to be honest, I was given a different room mezzanine instead of two bedroom flat television remote control, no battery air condition not working Leke in the bathroom 2 tower for three people, no hungers in wardrobes

- There was no heating and no hot water. The owner kept lying to us that he would fix the hot water, but he didn't fix it for 5 days, and there were no remote controls for the air conditioners.

- No facilities to wash nd clean for 5 days as no hot water and the fridge door fell off. The host is disorganised and is very economical with the truth with poor recollection.

- Anyone considering renting this apartment should be aware that it is managed by a mentally unstable and erratic individual. From the moment you arrive, this person will bombard you with repetitive messages via Booking.com, email, and personal phone calls. Every minute, you’ll receive frantic reminders about city tax payment and check-out time and date. He will continuously message you through WhatsApp, regular texts, emails, and even within the Booking.com app. You will not experience any peace of mind due to this person’s obsessive communication. During our stay in Rome, we were constantly disturbed by his messages and untimely phone calls, even after 7 PM and as late as midnight. If you rent this apartment, be sure that you are sacrificing your peace and quHere is the tran "At night, from 11 PM to 2 AM, unnecessary phone calls regarding check-out and CT texts have disturbed our peace. This person will contact you in any way possible, bombarding you with numerous messages, emails, WhatsApp texts, and personal calls, disrupting your tranquility and happy moments."

+ Ubicación excelente, no se oye el exterior para dormir, y tiene pequeña cocina genial

- Olía un poco el desagüe del baño

+ Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi da Fontana di Trevi. Appartamento grazioso e pulito. Se dovessi tornare a Roma prenoterei di nuovo in questa struttura

- Molto caro il servizio transfer, dato che si appoggiano a una ditta esterna, abbiamo quindi optato per un taxi normale a una cifra molto più conveniente. Un pò fastidioso il fatto che non si potessero lasciare i bagagli un paio d'ore dopo il check out ma il proprietario ci ha indicato un indirizzo deposito bagagli, a pagamento, dietro la via dell'appartamento e abbiamo risolto. Se dovessi dare un consiglio fornirei il servizio deposito gratuito.

- Vyležaný matrac, človek spal ako v jame. Kuchynka slabo vybavená

+ Doskonała lokalizacja. Czysto, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

+ Super Lage, ordentliche Ausstattung, sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, großer Raum

- Fenster zum Hof mit Lüftergeräuschen, Doppelbett ist in die Jahre gekommen

+ Location was perfect! Good for family.

- Pillows.

+ Matteo è un host molto presente ed attento a risolvere le problematiche che possono presentarsi. la posizione è perfetta, il silenzio è garantito e gli spazi sono accoglienti

- ho consigliato particolare attenzione allo stato complessivo dell'alloggio perchè ha presentato diversi piccoli e facilmente gestibili difetti

+ Sve kao na vasem sajtu,čisto,ljubazno osoblje!

+ Mi sono trovata benissimo nella struttura! Accoglienza calorosa, ambiente pulito e curato, e un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Si vede che c’è attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio. Sicuramente un’esperienza molto positiva 😊

+ Me gustó las instalaciones, la limpieza, la atención del anfitrión, la ubicación, en general todo.

- No me gustó que las dos noches hubo una especie de fiesta o reunión en otro apartamento del edificio y nos incomodó al dormir. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido.
