Manager was rude, kitchen is not allowed to be used until 1pm which makes no sense. The manager also sleeps on the sofa in the kitchen so there are no common areas to use. People staying there seemed to live there more than be travellers. At least it was clean and location was ok. Just don’t expect a hostel experience

Lage ist gut. Jedoch überhaupt keine gute Hostel Atmosphäre und nicht wirklich Backpacker freundlich. Sinnlose Regeln im Hostel, wie z.B. Küchennutzung erst ab 13:00. Wobei ich das, was ich gesehen habe nicht mal als Küche bezeichnen würde. Außerdem hat der Rezeptionist entgegen den Angaben der Buchungsbestätigung auf Hostelworld vor Ort mehr Geld verlangt, weil das Hostel angeblich seit August 2024 eine erhöhte Übernachtungssteuer von 7€ p.P./Nacht verlangt. olía muuuuy feo el lugar, sucio y con una vibra extraña, el personal amable y el lugar cerca de Termini, tienes que llevar tu propio candado muy sucio y feo para el precio que tiene

Upon arrival, I checked in, and when I asked where to place my belongings, I was told it's my responsibility to find a locker outside. Later, when I inquired about towels for a shower, I was informed that they couldn't provide any. Feeling upset, I expressed my disappointment, and they only offered a bed for sleeping. Additionally, there was no place to refill water bottles, so I had to use the washroom tap, and they claimed it was safe to drink. This has been the most terrible experience life

we were 4 persons, and they charged us 28€ more than they said before. because they’re hiding the taxes. and then you book and from one moment to the other you have to pay a lot more, but there is no return.

I unfortunately really did not enjoy my stay here. I had booked a 4 bed dorm and was put in a 5/6 bed dorm with a friend who had paid less when this is not what I wanted. Found huge communication issues and felt like the staff did not listen or meet my needs with the stay. Kitchen was not clean, there was no atmosphere and felt like the staff were rude. This place was not worth the money and is extremely overpriced and disappointing.

NO ES UN HOSTEL. el supuesto desayuno es un ccafe que te prepara el de la recepcion. que duerme en la habitacion donde diermen los huespedes. NO LO RECOMIENDO .

No fue buena experiencia. El lugar es carisimo para los servicios ofrecidos. Esta relativamente limpio, pero los utiles de cocina no lo estaban. El que atiende el hostal fue muy amable, pero dormia en un sofa cama en la cocina, por lo que en la noche no se podia usar. Solo tenia cubre cama y las puertas no se podian cerrar. Fuimos 4 personas y a dos no les pusieron toallas porque "no entraba en la reserva", que fue de 80 euros. Hubo problemas con la gestión y tuvimos que pagar el doble.

This hostel was great!! I only stayed for 1 night during a little stop over in Rome but found it had everything I needed. The person who checked us in was lovely, even letting us check in 40 minutes early. It was pretty clean, beds comfy and good amenities. The location is excellent. You won’t get better value for money accommodation in Rome.

Mi reseña no es tan positiva por que al momento de llegar hay normas adicionales que no informan en la página. Por ejemplo de 11:00 a 13:00 deben abandonar la habitación para limpieza. En otros Hostel si te ven durmiendo o usando la cama te preguntan si quieren que sea limpiado su lugar y si dices no, proceden con limpiar las otras camas sin tu tener que irte del lugar. Cosa que de haber sabido no hubiera alquilado en ese lugar.

The owner sleeps in the kitchen, which is closed after 11pm. rooms are cleaned from 11-1, which is not enough time to clean bedsheets. maybe he changes them out, but I found several hairs in mine, and there is no top sheet to separate you from the comforter. I left my charger plugged into the wall outlet and my belongings locked in the locker provided. When I returned my charger was inside my locker, which I realized could be opened slightly. Why even have lockers if you’re prying into them.

Of you have to work or have class at night is very difficult almost impossible to have a space to do it. The only share place to have it closed at 11pm. You can’t have breakfast at the kitchen and you only could cook between 1pm to 11pm. Beds are very good, they clean the room and beds every day. Staff is not too kind but it is okay.

If all you want is a place to try and rest this could be it. They should make it clear to other travallers to minimise noise and be respectful to other guests.

Un buen lugar para llegar sólo a dormir y bañarte, es pequeño, limpio, el personal bastante agradable y se encuentra a 12 min caminando de la estación. Debes llevar tu propio candado.

The experience was terrible, the guy in reception is very hostile, not friendly and annoying. He was not helpful at all. plus he opened our door's room without even knocking. This experience could have been better if a trained personnel was present instead of that person.

The place is clean and reasonable for the price. The attendant is nice and helpful.

Je déconseille. Bien placé certes mais d'une hygiène et d'une sécurité douteuse. La personne de l'accueil dort à même le canapé de la pièce commune, les entrées se font à toutes heures de la nuit, et l'équipement est vétuste. L'endroit est globalement peu chaleureux et mes voisins de chambrée étaient des phénomènes (hurlant au téléphone des insultes, se douchant porte ouverte...). Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité et j'ai changé d'auberge.

Everything was as I expected, and I want to make sure I congratulate the staff member Fazlul Haque for his wonderful customer service. He was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face.

Not much to do around the hostel so it’s definitely a bit of a quiet boring location. The owner was around and very nice. Had fans in the room which helped with the heat. Showers were a bit rough though, one barely had any water pressure
