Where I imagine rats go to die. (Stench of urine in bathroom Pubes in the shower Gross gross gross!)
The staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful, but this is a truly terrible place to stay if you want to sleep. Doors banging all night and walls so thin, the snoring from next door will keep you awake. The bathrooms (2 between 10 people) were disgusting. The floors were all soaking as no mats and despite the shower being a dribble, they leak and the shower curtains were dirty. The bed is a small single and hard as a board if it was 50.00 pounds a night you’d say fair enough but at a 120 NO.

- THE BEDS - Why so low down? Why are the pillows so thin? Why were the mattresses so soft and saggy? Change the layout of the rear bedroom to make sure someone isn't sleeping right next to a wall.

+ Oldukça temiz bir evdi. Her ne kadar dışarıdan bakınca eski bir ev görünsede içi yenilenmişti. Bütün ev elden geçirilmiş ve oldukça zevkli döşenmişti. Konum olarak ne yakın ne uzak denilebilir. Karşısında ve yakınında marketler mevcut.
- Otoparkı olmaması ve yaklaşık mesafesinin 500 metre olması.
+ Great location. Really lovely inside can’t fault it at all. Would stay again. Modern, well-equipped, comfortable, plenty of space.
- Only negative is that the parking space outside is unable to be used for part of every day (from 7.30am the road has to be clear) I thought it was payable but able to stay there so that ended up expensive at £32/night 10 mins away.

+ Appartamento super carino a due passi da The Meadows, lato Clerk Street, e venti minuti a piedi a Old Town. Molto luminoso e spazioso, almeno quattro posti letto. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l'arredamento e l'abbonamento di colori per sala e bagno. C'è veramente molta cura dell'aspetto estetico.
- Sì colloca al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Molto bello come arredamento, forse poco funzionale. Servirebbe una maggiore cura dei dettagli, soprattutto nella cucina (mancano alcuni utensili basilari). In generale, però, lo consiglierei. Info parcheggio: parcheggio libero nella via ma solo di notte, in alcune ore non si può parcheggiare, in altre a pagamento con limite ore. Dopo la prima notte, abbiamo lasciato la macchina in St Leonard's Street (parcheggio a pagamento, prenotabile con app JustPark - da scaricare per Edimburgo!)
+ The location was great, and overall the quality of the accommodation and the facilities was also great. Most things seemed new, and it was very clean.
- One of the beds was more of a 3-quarter than a double, so it was a bit small for 4 adults to sleep in the beds. Albeit there was a separate camper, which made it easier.
Hostel based about a 25 minute walk into old town, surrounded by good cafes and bars, close to a nice nice park and Arthur's seat, had all the facilities we needed, however it was very noisy sharing with other rooms as doors bang and walls don't block sound. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was a nice place to relax in, but TV doesn't work.

+ The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped. Beds were really comfortable and the location is perfect, a 20 minute walk to everywhere in the city, nice coffee shops on the street.

+ O espaço está muito bem decorado. A cozinha estava bem equipada. O aquecimento funcionava muito bem. Os quartos e zona de lazer também era muito agradáveis. No geral o apartamento era muito bom, limpo e arrumado.
- A zona do apartamento não é central. Cerca de 30 minutos a pé até ao centro. No entanto, existem autocarros na zona. O apartamento fica no 3º piso de um prédio muito antigo, sem elevador. Foi de facto o ponto pior da nossa estadia. Tivemos que subir 3 andares de malas na mão depois de uma longa viagem. Não estava muito claro que o apartamento era no terceiro andar, pelo que tivemos dificuldade em perceber qual era de facto o apartamento, pois não existia indicação na porta nem em nenhum local. Sugiro colocarem uma placa pequena junto à porta para que os hóspedes consigam identificar a porta do alojamento.
The space is very well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The heating worked very well. The rooms and the leisure area were also very nice. In general the apartment was very good, clean and tidy. The apartment area is not central. About 30 minutes walk to the center. However, there are buses in the area. + Location good for what we were for, the area is quiet and had facilities such as cafe, restaurants, and a local Sainsbury right in the doorstep.
- The code we were given in the Booking.com was incorrect for access meaning we had to ring and it was slightly frustrating. This is easily correctable and we also couldn't see the flat number easily either. Message out on the day and chest on Booking website without have helped.
+ Location was great with shops/cafes/restaurants/bars/parks/buses etc all within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and was really clean, warm and comfortable during our stay.

- We got a parking fine for £100 for parking outside the property so had to park elsewhere which cost £30 a night (but we chose to drive so should have looked beforehand)
+ Uns hat es als Familie so gut gefallen, das wir verlängert haben und wiederkommen würden. Lage Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof, Vorderseite zur Seiten-Straße, Supermarkt Sainsburys schräg gegenüber. Busse ins Zentrum in 5 Minuten Entfernung. In wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Zum Flughafen nur einmal umsteigen. Wir empfehlen die Tram oder den 100 Bus zum Flughafen. Uber sind auch schnell da. Alles in allem ein kleines ruhiges Retreat, zentral gelegen. Wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht Zimmer Jedes Zimmer mit genügend Kissen, Schreibtisch und Stauraum, tolle Farben, alles gepflegt und sauber, Fön, Shampoo, Adapter und Adapter zum Handy laden vorhanden. Fenster konnten geöffnet werden. Heizung war nicht elektrisch, was toll war! Küche mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet und mit Basics wie Salz, Öl, Geschirrtücher, Kaffee Gefrierbeutel, TOP Wohnung im obersten Stock mit Ausblick, die runde Treppe nach oben ist nichts für Gehbehinderte. Unserem Kind hat alles sehr gefallen. Wir fanden das Interieur und das Badezimmer sehr ansprechend. Personal Kleines Familienunternehmen mit Liebe zum Detail, die für uns eine Verlängerung möglich machten. Lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
- Ein weiteres Plus wäre eine Verdunkelung für das kleinere Zimmer, Vorhänge sind vorhanden. Genau auf die Beschreibung der Unterkunft zum Check in achten, von Booking kamen andere Angaben.

+ A great place to stay for a few nights while we were in Edinburgh, would happily recommend. We had a great time. The apartment meets all your needs. It is fully equipped. Everything was clean, well maintained and pleasant.
