El servicio al cliente es inexistente, yo llegaba a la ciudad a las 6am por lo que intenté coordinar early check-in y no obtuve respuesta a pesar de enviar varios correos con días de anticipación, el servicio de recepción es de horario limitado, en mis 3 días ahí no vi nunca a nadie que trabaje en el hostel. Limpieza cuestionable, la almohada de mi cama olía a cigarro y no pude reportarlo. No me sentí a gusto en ningún momento y la cocina/sala común estaba apropiada por un grupo de ho...
The rooms were absolutely boiling at night I basically had to sleep with my head out the curtain to get to bed. The toilets stank constantly and was even hotter than the room. Staff would wake you up at 9am cleaning the room even though checkout was 11? The social area at the top was nice and had a good kitchen but the vibe was very weird, not social at all. You couldnt tell who was staff or who was staying there either which was weird. Good location though but I wouldnt stay again
the best hostel ive stayed in.. absolutely cant fault it. the staff were great the place was clean and tidy well organised and most definitely recommend it to anyone going to Tokyo. location is on point, close to metro great places to see in the area and the food around there is top notch. GREAT ALL ROUND
Fantastic hostel. Super clean and comfortable facilities, brilliant location, and staff are really helpful. I was very unwell and the manager really looked out for me to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back at TenTen on my next trip to Tokyo
