Éloigné de tout, location de scooter le double du prix habituel, nous avions demandé pour nous assurer que les lit en dortoir avais des rideaux ils nous ont assuré que oui or ce n’est pas le cas et il n’y a pas non plus de lumière individuelle dans les lit. Et une seule douche pour l’étage qui n’était pas nettoyé les 3 jours où nous étions là.L’hébergement reste acceptable mais on a vu bien mieux
Away from everything, scooter rentals double the usual price, we had asked to make sure that the beds in the dormitory had curtains they assured us that yes or no it is not and there is also no individual light in the beds. and a single shower for the upstairs which was not cleaned during the 3 days we were there.The accommodation remains acceptable but we have seen much better

I loved the staff there, they made my stay there super good, super friendly, very helpful and lovely people Unfortunately the private room I got was not very clean, the room doesn’t look good or welcoming at all, the walls are very dirty and so is the room Bathroom was okay

Room was spacious and clean, hostel isn’t too social, for a small price you can have breakfast which is nice. Location is a little far from the centre you need a scooter and grab isn’t readily available here.
Im ganzen ein sehr cooles Hostel, aber die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten wurden nicht nach jeder Benutzung frisch bezogen und gewaschen.

It was a nice stay and the day trip to the waterfalls were amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly
Amazing family run place. They were so helpful and even gave us a lift into the town when the typhoon rain hit hard! MotorBike rental is cheap and good bikes. The room was what you would expect for the price, clean bathroom and rooms.
Overall solid hostel. A little bit grimy around the edges but nothing you can’t deal with. Super affordable and the staff is incredible helpful for anything - booking tickets, transportation information, preparing food etc. Location is a little bit of a walk from the main city area but really nice front area to hang out.

They rent bikes and the one I got, a bigger one was awesome for the Cai Bang loop. (It was the yellow one.) I had a private room so my experience is not like about a dorm and the room was okay, the bathroom was clean, but the walls are I think moldy a tiny bit.
Staff were extremely accommodating, friendly & inclusive. The breakfast was great.
This hostel is great to start the loop!!! The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and the bikes are the best in condition bikes I have hired

It was a decent stay! For what you pay its definitely good value. Its easy to rent good quality motorbikes through them and get tips for the road. During our stay there were other people as well to socializen a bit with. I dont know what is 'eco' about this place though, if you still have to buy water bottles instead of being able to refill your own water bottle, I can't call that eco.
Très bonne hostel, un peu éloigné du centre mais on vous appel un taxi sans problème et l'équipe et super arrangeante

Good for a short stay before and after doing the loop with their company. Did the 3 day tour which was so special and learnt so much. Ly was very helpful and the place was comfortable enough. Only drawbacks are its location as it’s far from restaurants but they lend you bicycles free of charge, and it doesn’t have a huge common space but there’s a couch in the dorm which was handy. Basic and has everything required, would happily stay again.
Best place in Cao Bang, wonderful staff and they all speak English. They also provide a really nice 1-2 Cao bang tour and the motorbike rental is perfect
Awesome people run this hostel! The location is slightly inconvenient if you’re walking, but you can also rent a motorbike from them!
Honestly one of the nicest stays ive had yet. The personel is extreemly helpfull and are fully willing to help with any question or problems. Rooms are nothing special and the showers are a bit cramped but the staff more then makes up for it. Wanna get around? no worries you can just ask to take one of their bikes for free. The cao bang loop they offer is also amazing. I myself only did the one day tour an dabsolutely loved it.
Great hostel! The staff was incredibly nice and let us borrow bikes for free to get to dinner when we got in late and were hungry. Very hot shower! Highly recommend !

I can't recommend this hostel highly enough. The accommodation itself is perfect in terms of cleanliness, facilities, etc, and very good value for the price. Bikes, tours and so on are available at good prices as well. But I have to say the staff are incredible. I was hurt quite badly on the Cao Bang loop and they really went above and beyond to help me. One of the staff, Huy, even came all the way to Hanoi with me and stayed with me at a hospital there until I could manage on my own. 1000000/10
We didnt stay long here but were well looked after. we arrived fairly late in the evening and were still able to book a day trip through the hostel for the next day. We did the 1 day cao bang loop tour with easy riders, this included a nice breakfast and lunch, beautiful scenery, interesting stops and an authentic experience. the guides themselves were lovely, professional and also hilarious, we felt very safe, were well informed about everything and had an amazing day. Great job all round.
Had a great stay in the hostel and did the 2D1N tour as well, highly recommend!
Eco Homestay is simply amazing. During my travels I have not enjoyed this level of hospitality. The family made my experience in Cao Bang area that more lovely than it already was. I sincerely thank all employees of the homestay, thank you!
Nice place, the staff is super friendly and helpful
Such an amazing place! It is fully a family house, so there are little kids running around and the staff is incredible. If somekne wants an authentic experience this is it.
Awesome hostel! Staff were super helpful and Lok was extremely helpful getting me a lot of things sorted for my cycling journey! Breakfast is super tasty too
It is a bit far from the town but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was so friendly here. The staff tries to help in any way they can. I did the 2d1n tour and I really liked it. My easy rider was very respectful and nice, highly recommend. The breakfast was delicious too.
