+ Die Unterkunft ist ein Loch! Nichts gefällt einem dort. Die Bewertungen sind gefälscht!

- Das ist niemals im Leben eine 4 Sterne Unterkunft. Das ist total lächerlich alles. Die Zimmer waren dreckig, es gab Feuchtigkeitsflecken/Schimmel an den Wänden und der Decke. Insekten wie Ameisen, Küchenschaben haben in den Zimmer gelebt. Dazu Motten und Moskitos - warum ist die Idee eines Fliegengitters dort unbekannt? Die AC war alt, staubig, dreckig und hatte den Sound eines Propellerflugzeuges. Die ganzen guten Bewertungen, die 4-Sterne sind einfach Betrug. Ich bin schon in einfacheren Unterkünften abgestiegen, die waren aber sauberer und normal. Das hier, ist nur noch peinlich und das Booking hier mitmacht, lächerlich alles.

- Via booking staat dat je kunt inchecken tot 22:00. Nadat ik geboekt heb aangegeven dat we inchecken tussen 21:00 en 22:00. Bevestiging gekregen dat het goedgekeurd was. Daarna een standaard bericht met daarin dat het inchecken is tot 18:00. Ik bericht gestuurd dat we dus tussen 21:00 en 22:00 inchecken en ervan uitgegaan dat het een standaard bericht is en dat de verzoeken handmatig goedgekeurd worden. Aangezien ik een dag van re voren boekte. Wij aangekomen om 21:00 niemand aanwezig. Alles donker. Het nummer wat op de deur hing werd niet opgenomen. 10 minuten later ook niet. Sta je dan… Via Booking berichtjes gestuurd wordt niet op gereageerd. Helemaal geen enkele reactie. Het mag duidelijk zijn, ik beveel deze locatie niet aan..

+ They moved me to a slightly bigger room

- -Mold -flooded path from street to room, which is a long way -very short check in time and as I entered the room realizing the dirt and mold on everything, there was noone until the next day, I cleaned up, but one night in this unsanitary condition made me sick for over a week. Vacation ruined. The AC spits yellow liquid on you when lying in bed. The Windows are unfortunately not to the nature side but right to the next condo’s window 1m away. They’re tinted so not much daylight coming in.

+ Centrally located to travel throughout the island.

- Lack of privacy (units close and facing each other); loud mosque chanting in the vicinity keeping us awake; interruption in water supply and internet connectivity; inaccuracies in the instruction leaflet for TV operation; room serviced only upon extra payment.

+ The room was nice, clean good TV. It was well done nice finish.

- Most stressful check out. They take a physical cash deposit which we knew we had to retrieve on check out. I explained to the man on reception the day before that we had to check out and leave at 730am to get a boat to Thailand, international trip. He assured me he would organise someone to be there at 730 as they don't open until 9am usually. On check out day at 730 nobody. 745 still nobody. We called and messaged and at 755 someone finally came. 5 more minutes and we would have had to leave our deposit and go. This experience made us very stressed and tainted our stay quite a bit. It's frustrating when the staff promised you can check out at 730am and nobody shows up. The first half of our day going to Thailand felt rushed as a result. The shower doesn't get hot. Loop warm at best.

+ Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber . Haben auch viele Ameisen, können hierfür aber halt auch nichts.

+ Security guy was awesome! And a woman who works there was nice. The room was ok.

- The guy who works there was really not helpfull at all. At check in he promised us that he can help arrange scooter rent and some daily trips and that didnt happen. The location was so far from everything that we have to use scooter all the time. Even for renting a scooter we had to go by grab and we arent afraid of walking ... The beaches near by are not for swimming and even restaurants are mostly closed (july and low season). We decided that we need to move on diffrent location and was shocked that the check out time is at 9am. We woke up early, packed everything, order grab and everything ... When we came to the reception no one was there ... One night the doors got stuck and we couldnt go inside, so we called the number they gave us, but there was no answer at all. Later we found the security guy who saved us and was really nice to us. There was no table on the balcony.

- Las almohadas, la habitación era oscura, había muchas hormigas, parecía que te cobraban por todo, no había nadie nunca en la recepción

+ The location is remote but soothing. Many warungs are nearby so food was sorted. We had the whole property to ourselves for 3 nights with not a single soul in sight. So yeah we had a blast.

- Water pressure is low. Maybe it's a langkawi thing but it is what it is. Insects, lizards, monitor lizards can be seen but they too are chilled out.

+ El lugar en general, muy tranquilo, bien cuidado, bonito. Sales de la zona turística y se está muy bien por ahí arriba.

- No es que no me gustase, es que si tuviera una piscinita sería de 10!

+ Чисто, тихо, аккуратно. Передвижение по окрестностям только на автомобиле. Мы в отеле были только на ночевке. Нас все устраивало. Несколько минут на автомобиле до чудесного места под названием водопад Дуриан.

+ Mooie kamer. Rustig. Als je scooter of auto hebt is alles goed te bereiken. Eigenlijk wel ok maar foto's suggereren meer " gezellig ". Strand in de buurt als je dus goed eigen vervoer hebt.

- Ligging beetje buitenaf. Soort woonwijk. Voordeur sloot niet goed waardoor onnodig gehorig. Beetje onpersoonlijk. Niks te beleven op loopafstand. Volgens loopt ook niemand er. Was heel stil. 1 ander huisje ook bezet lijkt dan ghosttown. Vermoedelijk na 6 weken Thaise eilanden een te groot contrast.

+ Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji (blisko wodospadu i wycieczek do lasów namorzynowych). Wygodny, przestrzenny pokój.

+ Un emplacement central si on compte plutôt trainer dans le nord de l'île (beaucoup moins touristique, quasi absence de méduses dans l'eau et plages magnifiques). Par contre nécessite un moyen de locomotion (scooter ou voiture) car loin de tout à pied. Parking disponible au sein de la propriété. Les chambres sont pas mal (rapport qualité prix positif) mais l'équipement est perfectible (boîtier air conditionné assez ancien qui imitait bien le bruit d'un moteur d'avion, absence d'un fil en extérieur pour faire sécher à minima serviettes et maillots de bain, installation sanitaire à rafraîchir...). Cuisine pro collective disponible avec nécessaire de couverts, assiettes, fontaine filtre à eau, frigo, salle de restauration avec tables, billard... Difficile de donner un avis sur le service car échanges uniquement sur les moments de check-in et check-out. Je vous conseille de tester le restaurant juste à la sortie, sur la droite en face du "garage" à 2 roues : nourriture indonésienne top et équipe super sympa. Il y a une laundry automatique 24/24 à 100m sur la grande route juste en face la mosquée. Trajet grab ferry - hôtel : aux alentours de 20 ringgits. Un bilan positif au final.
