- Nada me gustó, no tiene desayuno, a pesar de que dicen que si. Las habitaciones son feas y

+ Nos cobraron más de lo que nos dijeron, fue otro precio, no cumplieron lo que prometieron, la TV no encendía y el fulano que nos atendió en la noche ni caso nos hizo, despota y grosero, solo nos quedamos esa noche, pedí cambio de sábanas pues estaban sucias y no quisieron, yo no lo recomiendo por nada, quiero la devolución de mi dinero

+ Nada todo lamentable. Desayuno infame, personal desagradable y lo peor la limpieza. Había cucarachas en la habitación. De los 7 días que teníamos reservados solo estuvimos 2 y vimos 5 cucarachas

- De verdad recomiendo no ir porque fue asqueroso y desagradable. Solo pude poner una foto de las cucarachas. Pero tenemos dos videos de como se ven correteando por la habitación. Y el personal no nos ofreció ninguna solución, más que ponerse chulos y mentir cuando nos vieron con las maletas en la puerta. Cesar fue el que nos intentó tomar el pelo.

- Las habitaciones sucias y con mal olor, cucarachas encontramos en la habitación. Las toallas super percudidas. El cobro que me hicieron, fue mayor al que booking me confirmó. Su personal muy mal encarado y despota.

- זה לא ראוי להקרא מלון לצערי היו הפסקות חשמל בלי הפסקה והמים לא זרמו במקלחת והיו מלא עבודות עפר סביב ומלא יתושים יותר כמו הוסטל

- I had many miserable hotels on my trip, but this one was an absolute nightmare: Starting with the check-in, when I had requested an early arrival, but the room handover was intentionally delayed until the very last minute. From that moment on, I had one complaint after the other. The staff is absolutely unprofessional, impertinent and makes fun of their guests. Unfortunately, I understand everything they say about me and about others behind my back. For my three-days’ stay, I was assigned the worst room of the entire hotel. I had requested a quiet room, but I got the one in the far back, facing the street corner with all the traffic noise and drunk party people outside. There was also somebody bumping permanently against my wall. The window in the bathroom had no privacy and was visible from the 2nd floor. Fortunately, it was so dirty that you could hardly see through it. The furniture was old and mostly damaged. When I wanted to take a shower, I discovered that the faucet had no handle. Turning and tilting the remaining knob with wet hands was almost impossible. I twisted my wrist trying to do it. When I complained, they told me that nothing could be done about it, because a new handle had to be ordered first. It was not possible to replace it with a handle from another room either, because the other rooms had different fittings. So I got definitely the worst room in the entire hotel. By the way: their oh-so-generous "complimentary breakfast" consists of two slices of rusk and a cup of coffee. Not least, they avoid mentioning that they offer no parking. Be aware that the whole downtown area is controlled by parking meters and permanently monitored by the police. If you bring your own or a rental car, you may easily pay as much as another room rate just for parking.

- Pedí una manta para la noche y me dijeron que si no había en la habitación no tenían, habían cucarachas atrás de la puerta del baño muertas, no había agua caliente para bañarse y la recepcionista nos atendió de muy mala manera, por último necesitaba agua caliente y manifestaron que el restaurant solo habría hasta las 17 por lo que no había agua caliente

+ La ubicación es excelente.... Relación al precio... El hotel creo le falta como algunos hoteles manteniendo....

- Mantenimiento el hotel luciría más lindo.... Tiene buena ubicación el personal es amable y cortes...

+ Las habitaciones estaban limpias, no muy comodas las camas pero para una noche no esta mal, esta muy cerca de la quinta avenida. Si solo lo usas para descansar ya que estaras todo el día fuera haciendo actividades esta muy bien

- Nunca hubo internet en toda la noche y parte de la mañana que estuvimos ahi, las televisiones no fucionaron por lo mismo, el desayuno muy pobre ya que solo dan pan, mantequilla y cafe ó agua, al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento.
