- Tout a part les gens qui était avec moi dans la même chambre, tres désordonnés, la lumière. Beaucoup de bruits. Impossible de dormir

+ Nothing , booked went to check in and is it only then we discovered it was a backpackers hostile that was loud with crowds of young people close to reception, we could not stay as it was rather a uncomfortable atmosphere as my partner is a sexual assault victim , booked for 2 days and was denied any money be refund out of the total that was prepaid , truly disgusting on behalf of Nomads considering the booking company we made the booking through made numerous attempts for any refund wish did show understanding to the matter , as for Nomads , shame on you as people and as a so called business of trade

- The bed was uncomfortable, the shower leaked everywhere, no glasses or anything made available to be able to drink water, the staff rude and unprofessional and not ontop of their game and lack of communication. We booked here to be able to utilise the bar and all things advertised just for a "private function" to be held where we were basically kicked out of using any of the facilities, absolutely false advertisement and not worth the money, we usually come to st kilda often we definitely wont be staying here again, would really like a refund as the whole experience wasnt even worth it. Everyone thats reading this stay at the cosmopolitan across the road 1000x better this this piss poor excuse of accommodation

- Pillow case and blanket cover were smell bad. It was noisy even though around 3-4am. I saw mccas bag in bathroom.

+ Only one point : to be very close to Saint Kilda beach

- i enjoyed NOTHING VERY VERY VERY NOISY , 2 nights , twice the room close to my room did big noise on their terrace and on their room early in the morning , between 02:00 AM and 04:00 AM , awaked and impossible to sleep again , F**K , the first morning i claim on the reception , but the second night noise again , F**K The breakfast is very simple but free , tea and pancakes , but the breakfast room is very dirty , F**K , the staff at the reception is friendly and smiling , but everywhere , hall , bar , corridors , nobody ( staff and guests ) say GOOD MORNING , nobody smile , it is very very strange 😡😡😡 i do not recommand this hotel , i never come again 😡😡😡

- uns wurden 100 Dollar an zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten verrechnet, weil meine Freundin eine Packung mit Zigarettenstummel in den Mull geworfen hat. Sie hat die Angewohnheit Stummel nicht auf die Straße zu werfen, sondern in einer leeren Packung zu sammeln. Der Umwelt zu liebe. Naja… da sie die Packung im Müll entsorgte, wurden uns wegen „Gestank“ Reinigungskosten verrechnet. das inkludierte Frühstück besteht aus Pancakes, Brotscheiben, Marmelade und Teebeutel. Kein Kaffee!

+ The location was exactly where we needed it to be. Having stayed there previously a couple of times, I knew it was safe, clean and great value for a night away. They were very helpful in finding me alternative accommodation within my budget.

- Having stayed there twice before, I knew it was the perfect spot. However, this time, I was asked for photo ID, which is fine, but was then told that as it was a licensed premises, my 17yo was NOT allowed to stay. I explained that we’ve stayed twice before and it hadn’t been questioned. When I booked online, I’d put 1 adult, 1 child….it asked for age…..nothing came up that under 18’s weren’t allowed.

+ it is in a great location close to trams ackland street Thr Galleon and it’s close to the city The room we had was a private double room with ensuite it was clean and very comfortable

+ Personal muy amable. Habitación privada con baño privado muy conveniente.

+ Location was great for food, transport and things to do.

+ Close to everything, great staff, clean facilities.

+ Good ,friendly feeling about the place. Food was excellent. Location for our event ( palais theatre) was also great. Was within walking distance. Beach and shops also close.

- Slightly noisy from traffic but quieted down as it got later.

+ Events hosted were all really fun. Staff were really friendly and always happy to help with any issues. Food was great value with discount for people staying and discount at the bar. GOKI app made it really easy to access all areas needed.

- Cleanliness could of been improved. Under the beds were often not hoovered and only the general floor space was. Fridges were often full so minimal space to put items.
