- We booked an apartment for 4 adults and 2 studios for 2 adults each, as we were 8 in total. The apartment was tiny and had a queen size bed with two very dirty mattresses on the floor. They were stained with pee and were very disgusting. We thought the so called apartment couldn’t fit 4 adults so we had to ask for a bigger one. As for the studios they were so dirty and poorly equipped. There were fire stains on the wooden floors and the walls. My family and I are genuinely so pissed and we swore to never step foot in this hotel again. The only thing we enjoyed was the shopping mall that was close by, other than that everything was awful. The staff didn’t even try to make up for this by being nice, when we complained about the apartment being small they said that it’s our fault for booking it. Sincerely we had a very unpleasant stay, and for its price i would never recommend it. We had a much better stay in a hotel closer to the Petronas towers and with a better view for exactly the same price.

+ Havuzu var ama 9 den sonra kullanamıyorsunuz. Açılış kapanış öğle arası ve temizleniş saatleri var, sürekli bi göz hapsindeniz.

- Çalışan çok ilgili değildi. Bizlere çok yardımcı olmadı. Kartımdan fazla para çekildi. Depozito adı altında hiç bilmediğim şekilde. Ayrıca odayı kirli bırakırsanız 60 rigiti ekstra para ödüyorsunuz.

Once arrived,there's an agent (Mr.Raj) will ask for RM150.00 deposit (into his personal acc bank / E- wallet )and its not make sense since i already paid the deposit through this booking.com site 2. The agent will take a picture of your personal ID since they do not have that kind of authority to take that (especially by the law of malaysia government) , if the security guard ask for it , it is make sense for me. 3. The accommodation advertised and what I should have paid are different, confusing customers. The unit I should have gotten was an apartment with 1 room, but it was changed to a different room type. 4. the toilet is smelly and dirty, not satisfactory. the ceiling of the toilet is cracked and does not guarantee the safety of me and my partner when we stay there. the floor is sandy and dusty, the ceiling fan is broken and even noisy when in use There is a television but it cannot be used. The remote control for the Android box has no batteries and cannot function and there is no entertainment when it is there. *Note : The unit I rented the other day is B-10-6A P/S : Very bad accommodation and there are contradictions and misleading customers in the accommodation advertisements provided. It is not recommended for other customers to stay in this unit ❌👎❌

+ No. Agent caj RM20 for parking. 9.30am already ask me what time check out. Agent was remind to check out by 11am.

- There was no front desk !! The same building had at least 2 owners. When I went to the owner (with the same name or almost the same) with front desk, they told me my booking was not with them; upon my insistence, the receptionist told me to ask the Security guard nearby. Which I did, finally after the security made some calls, someone came (dressed inappropriately) and said he had my name and booking; we went to another security person where I got registered to stay. The first person who met me in the first place told me that I could contact him anytime for any assistance I wanted. He was indeed good to assist me. All this is a very bad experience for me, nothing of what I expected, especially in relation to the total price I finally paid for this place; When I looked at the split of expenses, I saw that the service fee was extremely high (booking.com sent me that).When I asked the person who assisted me with my inquiries re room, he told me to ask his boss via a number he gave me! All this is unacceptable. Premises like that should not be in the list of booking.com

+ I like the swimming pool view so amusing from 37 floor can look KLCC view & town tower

+ Obrovský hotelový dům..., bydleli jsme v 10. patře, pokoj prostorný, docela čistý. K dispozici jednoplotýnkový vařič, rychlovarná konvice, mikrovlná trouba. Manželská postel, pohodlná lůžka. Nejvíce se nám líbila možnost koupání v bazénu ve 37. patře s výhledem na město.

- Záclony černé jako bota, opravdu špinavé až odpuzující...
