Cendana Trang An Retreat

+ The views were lovely. The room was big and beautiful, with a comfortable bed and nice bath. Despite all the issues, the staff did try to rectify things, in particular the night staff.

- From the start we experienced a number of issues. We had requested and had approved an early check in, however when we arrived we were told this could not happen and we would need to wait. Pool was very dirty and there were only three sun beds and only one umbrella was working. The hotel does not serve lunch or dinner despite having a menu. Breakfast was limited to a choice of two options. This was problematic due to the location. For the whole hotel there was only one moped available. There was a constant smell in the bathroom and shower during the stay. There were a number of powercuts when we stayed (but this was the whole area and not the hotel’s fault) The aircon unit in the room is very small and did not cool the room effectively. We ended up moving to a different hotel after one night, this could be an amazing place to stay but sadly isn’t quite there yet.

Đường vào độc đạo khá là dài, 2 xe đối đầu nhau rất vất vả để đi qua được 5. Nhân viên nhiệt tình nhưng hỏi gì cũng không biết 6. Xung quanh đồng không mông quạnh, buổi tối rất buồn, khu nghỉ điện tối 7. Đạp xe đường sỏi đá nên hơi khó đi, được không khí tốt

+ Questo alloggio è molto carino, punta solo sulla posizione, la quale è stupenda e in mezzo alle montagne.

- La pulizia della camera non era per niente buona.a nostra sensazione è che la camera non fosse stata pulita dopo i precedenti ospiti. Il bagno era perennemente allagato. Il wc sporco, le lenzuola umide e sporche. La doccia era di plastica e l'acqua calda durava un paio di minuti. L'umidità della stanza era veramente difficile da sopportare.

+ Mooie accomodatie die nog niet helemaal af lijkt te zijn. Goede fietsen om mee naar het dorp te rijden

- Bij aankomst was er geen personeel van de receptie aanwezig. Door een schoonmaakster die geen Engels sprak naar een kamer gebracht. WiFi was erg zwak en er is geen mobiel netwerk beschikbaar omdat het afgelegen ligt. Airco was niet voldoende om de kamer te koelen. In de avond een aantal uren stroomstoring gehad. Restaurant was dicht voor lunch en diner. Heel veel rommel nog overal, nog niet alles is afgewerkt.

+ - Helpful and friendly janitor who assisted with various things. - Great outdoor area for the standard double rooms. - Very pretty interior design in all the rooms. - Simple and convenient motorbike rental at the hotel.

- - The beds in the bungalows were very hard. This was not an issue in the standard rooms. - The hotel is far from other restaurants and does not offer lunch or dinner. - Did not receive daily room cleaning. - Limited breakfast selection, and they did not provide anything to drink with the meal unless requested. - The shared swimming pool and hot tub by the bungalows were very dirty, with several frogs and other insects. Essentially its own little ecosystem. - The showers had very limited hot water, lasting no more than 2 minutes. - At check-out, they gave us the wrong price—nearly 1,000,000 VND or about 10% more than what we had booked. However, this was corrected and we ended up paying the correct amount.

+ Remote location, quiet and nice landscape view

- AC too weak, doesn’t cold. Breakfast little options Electric and Water off sometimes but staff fix it quick!

+ Thiên nhiên Nình Bình thì quá tuyệt vời rồi. Retreat ở khá sâu trong vùng nông thôn, xung quanh thanh tịnh nên hợp với ai muốn nghỉ dưỡng. Phòng rất rộng và đẹp. Giường gối êm. Ăn sáng ngon. Nhân viên tận tình. Có footbath thảo dược miễn phí.

- Có bồn tắm trong phòng nhưng bình nước nóng bé quá nên không đủ nước nóng cho bồn. Mà đấy là mình còn chưa dùng nước nóng lắm. Vòi tắm cũng bị hỏng nên áp suất nước yếu, chỉnh nhiệt độ ko hoạt động. nước thì hoặc là quá lạnh hoặc quá nóng. Có quảng cáo private jacuzzi nhưng chỉ có nước lạnh. Có bể bơi nhưng k dùng được vì chỗ gần bể bơi đang xây thêm villa nên vật liệu xây dựng để đầy xung quanh.

+ Incredible location as you are surrounded by the mountains and it is quite secluded. The owner is very kind, we had a chat and she also offered to help in contacting my tour guide while i was waiting. There are bikes which you can borrow for free and you can explore the surrounding area. They have their own restaurant and portions are very huge and for family-size. There was still ongoing construction in the area as they just recently opened but it did not affect my stay.

+ Prachtige omgeving, groot en schoon zwembad. De massages die aangeboden worden zijn ook zeer goed! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

+ Идеальный семейный отдых на природе в Нинбине Мы отдыхали двумя семьями с детьми и провели здесь 5 дней вместо запланированных суток — это лучшая оценка! Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления и абсолютно оправдал ожидания для неспешного отдыха с детьми. Что покорило: · Безопасность и свобода для детей. Расположение в тупике тихой деревни — гениально. Можно не волноваться о машинах. Огромный, ухоженный двор — настоящий рай, где дети играли целыми днями самостоятельно. · Единение с природой. Шикарные виды! Каменные скалы, гуси, козы, лягушки — живой уголок прямо вокруг. А в 10 минутах на велосипеде — каменистый пляж, еще через 5 — уже место для сплава. Идеально для активного дня. · Атмосфера и активность. Прекрасные зоны для отдыха, завтрак на свежем воздухе, возможность заказать костер (за доплату) для уютных вечеров. Велосипеды стали нашим главным транспортом для изучения живописных окрестностей. · Комфорт. Номера просторные, а постельное белье — хорошее и приятное. · Персонал. Рабочий персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Итог: Если вы ищете безопасное, спокойное и живописное место для отдыха с детьми в Нинбине, где ребята могут свободно гулять, а вы — дышать природой и кататься на велосипедах, это ваш лучший выбор! Несмотря на мелкие недочеты, впечатления на твердые 20/10. Очень рекомендуем!

- Что можно улучшить (небольшие минусы): 1. Уборка только по запросу. Было бы удобнее, если бы она проводилась регулярно. Приходилось просить, а идеал — вернуться и обнаружить уже чистый номер. 2. Небольшие бойлеры. Воды в них может не хватить на большую семью. 3. Недостаток уюта в номерах. Чувствуется, что комнатам можно добавить больше души и деталей в оформлении. С этим небольшим вложением здесь хотелось бы оставаться еще дольше!

+ Everything about the place was amazing and that's not an exaggeration. The biggest reason our time at Cendana was amazing is because of Trang. My party and I didn't plan our trip very well, so we made literally 4 different changes 4 different times and every single time Trang was super helpful, understanding, and didn't penalize us financially for it. Trang also helped us plan our impromptu trip to Ha Giang loop!! Overall I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews but I think it's because it's new. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean, and they even give you a foot soak daily for free.

- That we couldn't stay longer due to our own poor planning!

+ Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný, vždy při ruce. Pokoje jsou krásné a čisté. Prostředí tropické zahrady s barevnými rybami, bazénem a úžasné výhledy v bezprostředním okolí vápencových majestátních vrcholků a výhled na to všechno ze střechy mě absolutně dostaly!
