This is not a hostel all and the location is so inconvenient. Why would Hostelworld put up on their website a property which is so pathetic. Please do not book this property at all. When I raised my concern with the staff and asked to cancel my extended stay since I did not like the location, they behaved so rudely and declined to refund my one night stay. I was forced to pay the full amount and I checked out a day before my original stay and booked other place.
This was the worst experience of my life. This hostel is listed as Sorrento, but it’s actually in a town 40 minutes away. You are lucky if there is a bus to bring you here. The only other option is a 100€-150€ taxi ride from Sorrento. Once you put the address you’ll see it’s not a resort at all, but is on a campground. We were terrified. The staff is not helpful at all, and laughed at us. Spend more and walk down the road to La Sirene or La Certosa. You will have a much better experien...
De accomodatie is op 1 uur rijden van Sorrento en 2 uur van Pompeii en Vesuvius, dus locatie is slecht. De accomodatie (het geheel) is slecht onderhouden, misschien geschikt voor groepen duikers en kampeerders, maar niét voor hotelgangers, die bovendien € 135,00 per nacht moeten betalen voor een bungalow amper die naam waardig, op een verwaarloosd terrein. Véél te duur voor wat je er voor krijgt.
The accommodation is 1 hour drive from Sorrento and 2 hours from Pompeii and Vesuvius, so the location is poor.The accommodation (the whole) is poorly maintained, perhaps suitable for groups of divers and campers, but not for hotelgoers, who additionally have to pay €135.00 per night for a bungalow barely worthy of its name, on a neglected plot.Vélél too expensive for what you get for it.
No es justo que cobren el aire acondicionado cuando no es tan barato para hospedarse , se supone que si pagas una habitación en una zona ta. Caliente mínimo deberían suministrarte el aire
It's not fair that they charge for the air conditioning when it's not so cheap to stay in, it's supposed that if you pay for a room in a warm minimum zone they should supply you with the air
Hostelworld advertise this property as 'Sorrento' when it is not. The bus takes well over an hour from marina del cantone to sorrento, with only one bus at 645am that enables travellers to get to sorrento before many of the excursions leave at 8-9am. The property runs only 2 day trips(by coach) and i saw no evidence of the social gatherings advertised. I booked a single room and was placed in an empty 4 bed dorm tgat eas crawling with ants, had broken furniture and only 1 working plug socket!
The website says 3.5 km from Sorrento. It is approx 15kms. One bus in and out. An extra 1-11/2 hrs to your day. A very small area with not much to offer. The accommodation was like a caravan without wheels. Freezing in the bad weather I experienced. I found the office staff far from accommodating in any way.
The staff here were amazing! And it was a beautiful, quiet location. Not the best if you want to go into Sorrento though. Sadly the beds in the trailer were quite uncomfortable, and it was very hot and buggy with no AC and window grates. There was also hair in the shower when we arrived. It was expensive for what it was. Would recommend for camping on a budget but not for exploring almalfi coast area when you have a more flexible budget.
Did not have a nice stay here. Staff not very friendly or willing to help. On arrival i was charged full amount for my room, and then was told no air con and that I needed to move rooms in 2 days (total number of nights was 4). Couldnt sleep at night in that metal container (begged to get a fan and got it on second night after 3 reminders and going to reception to carry it myself). Add no hot water on last 2 days and power cut last night! + Be aware - no swimming pool (although advertised!)
It was a pretty bizarre experience. TV + AirCon is 20 euros extra per day, that up charge on everything, breakfast is 10 euros and it is just break and pastries. I would not recommend.
The view was great, but pictures weren’t as described and our place had lots of ants crawling around. I had to get the staff to exterminate a bunch because they got into our clothes! The location and proximity to the beach (and balcony view) was excellent and that was the only reason we stayed!

Ottima struttura in una location incantevole. Tutte le casette immerse nel verde. Molto comodo il passaggio per la spiaggia. I rubinetti nei bagni andrebbero sostituiti almeno nella casetta che ho avuto io quindi intendo una delle ultime salendo.
Great facility in a charming location. all the cabinets are immersed in the green. very convenient passage to the beach. the faucets in the bathrooms should be replaced at least in the cabinets I had so I mean one of the last salendo.

Ottima posizione. Bungalow con tutto il necessario. Accoglienza super con una ragazza alla reception che ci ha accolto con un mega sorriso.
Great location, bungalow with everything you need, super welcome with a girl at the reception who greeted us with a big smile.
The location is great, right by the sea. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great pizzeria right besides the reception;) I recommend doing the hike from termini to punta campanella and grotta di minerva
Nice location very well run great restaurant and coffee shop. Value for money. Worth a visit.

Staff were very nice, good location and safe area. Paying extra 20 euro for tv and aircon not ideal, especially when we only needed aircon. We thought the room was good for the price though and we had everything we needed nearby.
Abgesehen von den Ameisen im Bad und Bett, den Mangel an funktionierenden Steckdosen und der kostenpflichtigen Klima, traumhafte, eher ruhigere Lage, Nahe am glasklaren Meer.
Apart from the ants in the bath and bed, the lack of functioning outlets and the costly climate, traumhafte, rather quieter location, near the crystal clear Meer.
It's right on the beach so it's great for that! Grocery and restaurant on the premise with quite affordable prices. One thing I haven't digested yet is that they asked me 20€/ day for A/C while it's 35°C outside...it wasn't included!! I used many accodations while traveling Italy and that was the only place that asked me such an extra to get the A/C remote to keep my room cool...I have yet to find out if they charged me for not washing the dishes when I left...could not find tools to do it...

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Häuschen für uns. Wir haben nicht gekocht, aber viel Geschirr und Besteck war nicht da. 4 Stühle innen und außen, 5 Betten. Preise im Restaurant und Shop sind okay. Mitte Mai liegt der Campingplatz ab ca.17.30 Uhr Schatten. Der Strand in der Bucht ist ein Kiesstrand und das Meer wird schnell tief.
We were only there for one night and had a house for ourselves. We didn't buy anything, but not much utensil and utensils. 4 chairs inside and outside, 5 beds. Prices in the restaurant and shop are okay. Mid-May the campsite is from about 5:30 pm. The beach in the bay is a pebble beach and the sea gets deep quickly.
Me pareció un muy buen lugar para hospedarse, la entrada a la playa está cerquísima. La habitación con cocina me pareció excelente a excepción que, a pesar de las temperaturas no tan altas, hacía demasiado calor adentro. El staff nos proporcionó un ventilador, que nos ayudó muchísimo, sin embargo no recomendaría reservar esta habitación en meses de verano.
I thought it was a very good place to stay, the entrance to the beach is very close. the room with kitchen seemed excellent except that, despite the not so high temperatures, it was too hot inside. the staff provided us with a fan, which helped us a lot, however I would not recommend booking this room in the summer months.
We loved it here!! A little bit tricky to get around the rest of the Amalfi coast, especially as the public buses stop in the night, but we loved the area and had great food and were able to rent a scooter to get around ourselves!
What a beautiful resort, staff extremely friendly and very well mannered. The location is one to die for it’s the most amazing location I’ve been in my life and the prices are totally incredible they are so affordable. We are booking again for September as can’t wait to go back
Die Bungalows im Resort sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktioniert alles. Es sind einige Stufen Berg auf zurückzulegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man das nötigste kaufen kann (Milch, Nudeln, Kaffee, Zucker, Obst, Gemüse, Getränke). Der zugehörige Strandabschnitt ist sehr klein. Es gibt aber 2 andere Steinstrände fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort Nerano ist ein kleiner feiner Urlaubsort mit ca. 5 Restaurants. Zum entspannen hervorragend geeignet.
The bungalows in the resort have come of age, but everything works. there are some steps to climb. there is a small supermarket where you can buy the most necessary (milk, noodles, coffee, sugar, fruits, vegetables, drinks). the associated beach section is very small. but there are 2 other stone beaches within walking distance. der Ortano Ner is a smaller fine holiday resort with about 5 restaurants. excellent for relaxing.
We were surprised that the twin room we booked was actually a static caravan that could have slept 4. With a patio and kitchenette. It doesn’t have a beach of its own really but the beach at the bottom of the hill is very very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The minimarket was excellent with fresh local mozzarella, cheap and good wine and limoncello. Would recommend!
Good place to stay if your after the quietness, on the website it said Sorrento but it is around 45 away from Sorrento which I did notice. I had a bike so was easy to get around. Beautiful little town on its own and accom is nice. If your tall, be prepared to duck. I got my head a few times.
